The custard is incredibly creamy, rich, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The flavor options for the custard are only vanilla and chocolate with lots of different toppings, which keeps things interesting. The staff is friendly and the service is usually quick, even when there’s a line. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that prices are a bit high and there is limited seating and can be easily without seating during busy hours. Overall, it’s definitely worth the stop when you’re craving something sweet and indulgent.

Loved it. Fast, friendly, so many choices! I really loved that I could get a child sized sundae and add pecans. Hubby went simple and got chocolate custard on a cake cone. So good. Love the decor.

Workers are always usually super polite, there isnt much to say about this place other than this is what a frozen treat truly is. The literal only thing you could hate is the long drive through lines from time to time but can you really blame them for being so popular. 100% recommend this place.

Andy’s is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Manager is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing ice cream. Must come back. 10/10.

The frozen custard is so smooth and silky, and the mix-ins are top quality. I especially like the fruit ones. Service was fantastic. The clerk noticed that I had a companion, so even though I was ordering only one item, he put 2 spoons in it. So thoughtful!

It was the perfect day for something cold as a treat. 91 degrees, sunny with a slight breeze. You cant go wrong here as the prices are fair and the flavors always amazing. And to top it off, service was phenomenal.

The ice cream is all right. Their menu is more confusing than the train map of Paris. Great place for a late-night hangout and a late-night ice cream with friends and family. Some of their concretes are pretty good, but some of the other concretes one must be cautious about. Cautious, because they may look beautiful and tasty in the picture, but it is an entirely different story when you get one both in taste and how it looks.

Their parking space is very limited during busy nights (on summer weekends and when there is no school). Their drive-thru gets super crazy and busy specifically at this location – primarily when school is out. Wait times sometime will exceed on weekend nights both in drive-thru or in-person/on foot.

There is no inside dine-in at this location. There are benches outside the store in front and along the parking lot. Overall, it is a clean and a pleasant place if you decide to eat your ice cream on-sight.

They do have bathrooms in the back which is extremely helpful when you have kids. The staff is very friendly, and they try their best to make everyone walk away happy.

I will recommend this place in this town if you want to have a late-night ice cream and want to hang out with friends and family outdoors.

Does it really take 20 minutes to make Jackhammer or did you make sure that three other parties of three each were served first and then give me at the end when it was all melted. If you did not want to serve me because I had a beard, just say so!

After the recent disappointed visit to Kopp’s in WI, we decided to try another frozen custard joint in the sticks, it is a 20 miles drive from downtown but it is better than going to the other locations in the south side.
The custard base (vanilla) is the same as others, I still see people calling this ice creame in their reviews so it is true that not many people know the difference between ice creame and frozen custard, it is really just the egg yolk. People shouldn’t compare ice cream and frozen custard, they are not the same.
What I like about this place are the options, unlike the 4 daily options at Kopp’s, Andy’s has much more to offer, just read the menu!
