Have stopped by this one on a few occasions, first time was a great meal. But something has changed usually get a burger meal and the last few times burger was old and not even hot enough to melt the cheese could not finish it, this has happened the last 3 times so yeah the 2nd time I gave the benefit of the doubt but the 3rd time was the last

We went through the drive thru and ordered our food and they had us pull up and wait. And waited 30 minutes and still didn’t get our food. We went back around and asked if we were getting our food and they told us they thought we left so they didn’t make our food, even though they told us to pull up and wait. The manager gave us a refund and they started making our food for us. We finally got our food and it wasn’t right. It was very frustrating.

Honestly the personality of this place is just amazing. The dynamic between the employees is amazing and just gives a great sense of family. No one was working the register when I came in and the first lassie they sent up there didn’t know what to do but the nice lady who came after her got everything sorted out. Overall a great experience.

After being disserviced by the location in St.Marys I will no longer be spending any of my money and let all my friends and familly know why. Definitely not being the first time ive had an unsatisfactory visit it will be the last. Let me share the experience you as Having issues before using the drive thru we decided to venture in and after not being greeted by Joshua, I started to order with each item being a special order i found it odd he questioned each item however i proceeded to order and when asked what sauce for my nuggets i would like i answered ” barbeque” then was asked mockingly if it was for my nuggets? At this point i let my wife complete the transaction. While waiting for the food to be bagged Joshua ask my wife if a tender in place for 1 nugget is ok and she responded yes that is fine. We leave which is about a 40 minute drive home and sit down to enjoy a meal that i paid for to find that not only did each item that was special ordered was grossly incorrect the 2 burgers that were in the most basic part of the order had raw bacon. Pizza hut in Marietta also should be thanking you because shortly after calling the 800 customer service number and being told the matter will be handled and id be contacted but days later heard nothing. At this point i just want my money back. Funny this is while i was looking for that receipt i found the other 25+ order that was also wrong a month before but never got around to reporting so . in short a refund and ill be happy not stoping at any Wendy’s

I went inside to order a to go order. No one in line but I had to wait several (4-5) minutes to place my order. Getting ready to leave when she finally acknowledged me. Ordered a baconator meal $10. Waited several minutes to get my food. Get several miles away before I open my burger – it’s the wrong one. Got some little thing like would come in a kids meal, no bacon in sight. I’ll never go back to this store.

This review is for one person and is not reflective of the rest of the friendly staff. The worker named Sam is incredibly unfriendly. No “Hello”, “Thank you”, or even letting you know the total while at the window. This is not someone who should be front and center in a customer service business. I frequent this business so this is not a one time thing. Every single time this employee is working he has the exact same demeanor. The other ladies that work the drive thru are wonderfully friendly and always have a smile on their faces.
