Cold old fries and cold burgers. Called to talk to a manager and an employee pretended to be a manager when I asked for his name he asked me why I needed it and hung up on me. Also didnt give me a receipt.

The girl handed me half my order through the window and said that was it. I told her I was missing items and she rudely said that was my complete order and shut the window. I go in and she still insists I’m wrong then won’t look at my receipt as I’m showing both combo meals I’m missing. Even after she had me repeat what I was missing 5 separate times, my missing items were still wrong. My “plain” spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t plain nor cooked properly. When you screw up that bad, at least be polite about it. Guess a simple sorry for the inconvenience was too much to ask. I made sure to be respectful and polite myself. Thankfully an older gentleman was there to chat with while they messed up the missing items. He let me know I wasn’t crazy for thinking how rude they were. Health department may want to check this place out.

Food is fine, the folks that work there are for most part nice.
My major problem is the price is never the same, and always a surprise on top of the prices just being out of control anyway. We get the same meal every time and every single time the meal is a different price, sometimes over a $5 dollar difference.
I found out that Wendy’s as a corporation participates in a variable pricing structure on arbitrary reasons like the time of day and weather. This simply translates to me as corporate price gouging and I will no longer shop from any Wendy’s. Hopefully others follow suit and we cripple this garbage business practice.

It’s bad. The drinks are watered down. You always have to pull up or park. Your food is cold (why am I waiting?) You get about half an order of fries. I feel like an idiot thinking this place will get better. It’s getting worse.

I’ve been here twice this week.
Ordered four meals on Saturday and two of the sandwiches were made wrong. I was on my way to work and told they won’t be replaced unless I bring them back and don’t have time.
Today, they open at 7am, I ordered at 8:30 and was told they are cleaning the dryers and can’t make my food. I waited and sandwich was wrong again….
I’ve also picked up lots of door dash orders from here and always see them making food without gloves on and the bathroom is always disgusting…….

Need to update hours they changed their hours from 630am to 8am no signage wasted time and gas do not recommend because if they are going to change when they want with no warning they will start changing when they want to complete orders or what items they will let you order
