We have had multiple issues consistently with our orders. We had gotten an order last week and there was a meal missing out of it. I called and talked to the manager. They offered to replace it and we just haven’t gotten it replaced. Today we placed an online order it was pretty simple. One of the items in this order was a 4pc kids meal. After the 12 min drive home to feed two feral toddlers luckily I realized that the nuggets we got were spicy before our 2yr old took a bite and burned his mouth. The spicy nuggets they have there are pretty spicy even for me and I like some heat. We called to inform them of the mistake and they were not mean about it by any means & also offered to replace it. However I feel that careless mistakes like this could have been avoided. Especially since a 2yr olds little sensitive belly is in consideration. This could have been very upsetting for a small child and caused pain. It is my hope that they acknowledge that this is not just a minor incident and that they pay closer attention to the details. I know they are decent people that work there just trying to make a living and get through the day like the rest of us and I believe they are good people who just need a little help with basic observation.

Probably the most disappointed I’ve ever been at a Wendy’s stop. Drive through guy kept interjecting “is there anything else?” while I was trying to order food for 3 people. Very irritating. Then I got up to the window and they literally had the food hanging out the window when I rolled up….I started to ask if the dipping sauce was in the bag but was cut off several times with “everything’s in the bag.!” “It’s in the bag.”. There was no one else in the drive thru and maybe one car in the lot but I felt like an imposition rather than a customer with any value to the business. The baked potatoes were hard and not really edible. I don’t know if they had been microwaved or what but not good. Whole potato very hard as if microwaved….not crunchy undercooked….more like microwaved. The chicken tenders were hard and overcooked. Just not a good visit at all.

I stopped there tonight after working a 13 hour shift just wanted something to eat, got my food. I knew it tasted funny, started looking. The meat was RAW to the point that the hamburger was cold, the fries were fresh, but they tasted like old greasy chicken tenders, the soda was nothing more than flavored carbonated water. I do have pictures of the burger so I will be calling the health department tomorrow

I went in to have a nice meal with my family. I go up to the counter to order and I said “no onions” on my sandwich and the manager, Tanner, is at the sandwich station. I get the food, take a bite, and there are extra onions! I go up to the register and politely say, “I didn’t want onions, can I have another sandwich.” Tanner comes up and says, “You asked for extra onions.” I said back, “No I didn’t.” He said, “Whatever idiot, I guess that’s your way of getting a free sandwich!” I bit my tongue, took the sandwich, and my family and I left. We are never going back there again.

We wanted a Strawberry summer Salad but we think it’s getting discontinued for the season. But we called up Barboursville Location & Terry came thru for us!! we know times are super hard for all eateries but he didn’t know the word no. He told my hubs that he could make one! It really cheered my day up & made my guys day too! Thank you for having such a kind man to lead your Wendy’s! Y’all keep doing the right things! This Wendys I rarely visit but would put it as the 2nd best Wendys in the area behind the Wendys by GoMart off the highway. Mainly due to friendlyness of the employees and ones design and size is bigger and better. This location ive had more rude cashiers than welcoming ones and ive witnessed a lack of gloves alot. Usually the rude ones were older females. So its usually not my go to. This visit was different however there was two young workers upfront one named Cayden(receipt said) and they really made me fell welcome. Quite talkative, but you can tell they loved being there. My order turned out great and hotter than I expected, the garlic parm nuggets couldve had more cheese but was still good. Regret not getting a fountain drink, cause they have the CocaCola Freestyle machine with Daves famous sodas which are Amazing! I came today mostly to try the advertised sauce nuggies but Ill definetly be back and do recommend.

There variety of biscuits have been spot on during the $1 biscuit promotion & can’t beat the value. In a time where corporate entities are artificially manipulating inflation unchecked it’s a welcome sight to still see a deep rooted American company with a remaining code of ethics providing a standard, while at a temporary sacrifice to there margin, it’s an investment in the longevity of there clientele & that is good business. They particulary went up & above in my personal opinion at this location & great leadership stems from the top down. 5 stars.

Lona is the most miserable part about this Wendy’s. I will never be back. This is the 4th or 5th time I have came through here and she has been absolutely rude every single time. She gets mad when you ask for sauces you weren’t given. She gets an attitude when you ask for straws. She speaks over the other workers that are trying to take your order. Like I said she makes this Wendy’s location the worst around.

The food is pretty good and hot most of the time, but the fries are just decent. The service is also good, except sometimes they’ll forget an item and most of the time forget the sauce. The atmosphere and location is great (no complaints).
