I had two separate orders, 1) had two $6 biggie bags. A bacon cheese burger and the other a chicken sandwich 2) a chicken wrap meal with a frosty. They gave us two cheese burger meals instead of one chicken. I politely told them and they visibly were upset I asked them to fix it, they then didn’t give us the frosty and we once again politely asked and they were giving us dirty looks and got more upset. They gave us kid meal cups instead of the large cups that you pay a dollar extra for and got an attitude when we asked for straws. Over all they were pretty rude when we asked politely to fix the mistakes that were made. I understand it happens I work fast food myself but there’s no reason to get upset about doing your job.

The burgers were cold and dry, the fries were outstanding, and whoever was supposed to take care of the lobby that day was very behind. There was barely one table clean, the trash needed taken out, and there was food in the booth seats.

To begin with they were slow at drive thru order kiosk causing a backup. What food we got was good but the large fries were missing from the order and they were out of chocolate Frosty’s, which we were not told about until we got to the window. This was about 1030 on a Friday night going through the Drive Thru. We had ordered 2 Biggie Bags, 2 doubles, a large fry and 2 strawberry and 2 chocolate Frosty’s. They had crammed all the food, minus the large fries and 2 Frosty’s, into 1 bag, therefore we were not able to check it without spilling the nuggets and fries that were in the bag with 4 burgers. It has been my experience in the past that Biggie Bags were put into their own separate bags, had this been the situation tonight, we would have been able to have checked the order for correctness and completeness.

When we went through the drive thru the girl taking the order was laughing and joking with other coworkers which caused her to put our order in wrong. When we got to the window to pay, we informed her that one of the doubles was supposed to be a combo. She asked what we wanted to drink, didn’t ask the size of the meal we wanted. She seemed irritated when I asked for a receipt, “ I don’t have a receipt machine up here, but he’s getting it “. When we got our food there was no ranch dressing that we ordered for th baconator fries, there was 3 pieces of bacon crumbles on them and to top it off the burgers were loaded with so much salt I couldn’t eat mine. What a waste of money. When I tried to call to complain they kept hanging up on me! I can seriously see why potential customers pass them up for chick-fil- A

This is the worst Wendy’s in the valley. You better sit in the pickup window and check your entire order. Open up your sandwiches and make sure you got EXACTLY what you ordered. About a year ago I received horrible service and Wendy’s corporate sent me a couple of coupons. SouthRidge Wendy’s wouldn’t even honor them. Avoid at all cost!

One drink machine in the dining room out of order, the 2nd one only has 9 selections available out of 35. Both Ketchup pumps in the dining area empty. Was served COLD FRIES. I think the owner of this Wendy’s needs to be a little more involved with his store. The young lady at the counter was extremely nice and polite.

Refused to honor deals they were still advertising. Food was sub par even for fast food which is saying a lot. To top it off this might be the most expensive wendy’s I’ve ever been to. $3 for a 6 piece nugget. Lol

It’s really hit or miss with fast food. Unfortunately this time was a miss. Tea was excellent! Medium fry was a joke, not even half full, more like a kids fry.

This Wendy’s is garbage. This is a “grilled chicken sandwich” that is literally burnt. Completely nasty. This Wendy’s nearly every time messes up something, usually it’s just an incorrect drink, like today I got Dr Pepper instead of the diet I ordered. But I also got this hockey puck burnt black chicken sandwich. Pathetic.
