The food here used to be fresh and delicious. My order has been messed up quite a few times recently. We ate here frequently for years but decided not to eat here anymore after this last visit. They no longer have any sort of flavor. Everything is bland. The burgers have 0 taste now. The nuggets were overcooked hard. We ordered 1 regular nugget and 2 orders of spicy nuggets. The first spicy nugget had 3 regular nuggets with 1 spicy and the 2nd order had 3 spicy nuggets with 2 regular. They out mayo on one of the baconator even though we asked for none. Thankfully, the baconator fries were at least good. That was about it.

Slowest service in Lynchburg! Also, if you’re white, you might not want to go here. The place is full of racists who will refuse to give you service if you’re not black. I don’t know how many times I’ve walked in and the people just look at me and walk away. Rudest employees ever. There’s one old white dude who works front. He is pretty nice but unfortunately, he is so slow. It will take you 30 minutes for a biggie bag lunch. Trust me, stay away from this Wendy’s location.

Not impressed. There were 2 male employees with long greasy hair hanging free. When I worked fast food we had to pull our hair back. Then the sandwich has layers of flour on the bottom. Wasn’t eatable.

The customer service was the worst! When we walked up to the counter, we were instantly given attitude. When she gave us our total, she quoted our price and I tried to explain to her that the amount was wrong because my daughter ordered incorrectly. So as I was explaining, she crossed her arms and gave us a blank look before she finally corrected the total. Maybe something made her upset before we arrived but the attitude was really unnecessary and quite rude. The food was hot and accurate but the service really needs major improvements.

This location is prone to being delayed at times because they could probably use more manpower, HOWEVER it is worth the wait whenever that happens. The food i get is always picture perfect and delicious and the staff always have a smile on their faces.

Every time without fail. I ask for a chocolate chip cookie. They don’t have them and refuse to make them. They’re always rude about it. The employee said “I don’t know why she won’t let us make them” and they tried talking to her, but she just ignored them and walked away. Awful management. I honestly feel bad for the employees, since she’s obviously not only rude to customers.
