Everytime we visit the Lexington location they are out of something you want! Which is really annoying to say the least. The pricing has skyrocketed so 2 burgers, fries and drinks costs over $20 these days but thats everywhere! The menu is basically still the same with maybe 2 new things? The inside always looks closed down and empty, so I’m not even sure if anyone is allowed inside yet?

Food was good but while eating I put my sandwich down (luckily upside down) and not sure if it’s mold or what but one spot on the bottom of the bun had green on it. Please pay extra attention to that it could of caused me to get sick and others if it wasn’t the only one. 3 stars because the food was good though some of it cold but the minus 2 for the green spot

Check your orders before you leave the window. They’ll put stuff that you didn’t order on your bill. And short you on portion amounts. This was supposed to be a medium. Not first time this has happened

Tries to use the app to order, didn’t work. I went to the local store for 2 $4 for $4 meals and an avocado chicken sandwich. One $4 for $4 was supposed to be a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, the other one was supposed to be a double stack. What I got was two regular cheeseburgers, one with lettuce and a mozzarella chicken sandwich. All while there was no one else before or behind me ordering. I did check the bag, but didn’t open them up. Got home and tried to call, no answer of course. Went BACK to the store, less than 5 minutes away and less than10 minutes after i ordered, and she said it’s been too long since you left, even though I showed her the receipt WITH a time stamp on it!! Bad enough they screwed up the meals, but my sandwich wasn’t even close to what they advertised. Last time forever!!
