This Wendy’s does quite well! We had a large order with multiple additions and they got every detail absolutely perfect! The food was hot, fresh, on time and delicious… served with a smile. We truly enjoyed the value and experience!

When this location first opened it was and I emphasize was very good. It has since gone down hill. There seems to be no emphasis on cleanliness or speed to fill the orders. I ordered two simple things mainly because the dryers were OCC (out of commission). How does a fast food restaurant not have fryers. Someone needs to get it together.

I hadn’t stopped at a Wendy’s in a while and this was my first trip this year. The food was absolutely outstanding, The service was a little slow but I’ll give them that as they were training new employees. They were very friendly and once I ordered they were quick with delivering my meal.

We had dinner there on 4/11/23 @4:54 pm. I ordered a large chili for my dinner. It had no BEANS in it. I approached the cashier ‘Raven’ and told her there were no BEANS in my chili. I said can I have some – she walked away to come back and say there’s nothing we can do about It! REALLY! I have to say I did not want to have a liquid dinner for 3.89! Totally distrusted.

Is what it is. Drive thru wait can be longer than the line. Inside is normally empty of patrons and since the remodel just seems very cold and unwelcoming. A few staff are great! Others, ehh. Even they way you can see some of the management interact with employees while in the drive thru, not super friendly. One of a couple quick options for kids in the lake area though if you need nuggets on the go. Lemonade is always fantastic.

I wish they would open up literally any other fast food place because this place is a joke and a waste of space. I’ve worked food service before and am far from a Karen but they are the only fast food burger spot near and they know it. I’d literally rather drive than go back here. Everyone almost has a horrible attitude but the kicker to me is I simply asked for no ice in my drink and saw it on the screen and when I got to the window got a cup with extra ice and the employee had the nerve to tell me to keep my drink but learn how to order it right next time. And this isn’t the first. Just close it down.
