Worst experience ever at any restaurant. Walked in, boy behind the register, tall skinny blonde leaned back on the counter scrolling his phone, finally the girl working the French fries asked if he would take my order, begrudgingly he did, I ordered a taco salad, he goes to the back and makes it, throwing things around then puts it in a bag throws it across the counter at me, then grabs a paper bag for the chili, crackers and chili hot sauce, 17 packs of crackers and 30 packs of chili sauce then throws that across the counter at me and slams my drink cup on the counter and walked away. No desire to ever give this place my business in the future. Complete lack of any form of management what so ever at all

I have never been a huge fan of Wendy’s (no offense) I’ve been on a potato kick lately so yesterday I went to get a cheese and bacon potato and some nuggets. That hit the spot! I went again to day and got the same thing. Service was quick. employees pleasant and once again. good food! ( for fast food anyway)

Stop at Wendy’s today. This location was clean and the food was good. The food was served fast ( there wasn’t anyone there at the time.) The fries were fresh (better than usual). I like the drink machine with all the different flavors.

Stop by Wendy’s on Monday, November 17 to get my family dinner. I ordered two cheeseburgers, two chilies with cheese and ranch dressing and a chicken sandwich with no bacon and extra cheese. After checking the chicken sandwich, I found there was bacon on it, and I am allergic to red meat. I will go into anaphylactic shock if I eat meat or pork and have several times. Go back in and they remake the chicken sandwich this time with no bacon and also no extra cheese… I was not going back into the building a third time over a piece of cheese. After I get home, I realize there was no cheese on the chili and there was no ranch dressing in the bag for the chili either. In the last year, they have messed up more orders than they have done correctly for my family and we will not ever be going back to that location! It’s sad, my wife loves Wendy’s. Next time she wants Wendy’s, I will gladly drive to Roanoke. I do not leave negative Google reviews, But I can count at least three times this year I’ve had to go back inside and get an order corrected. Won’t happen again!!! Over $30 just to get my blood pressure up…

Second visit to this establishment. Much better than my first visit. Food today was fantastic. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The place is clean, and very spacious inside. The service was mediocre at best.

Hours say until 12… we went to the drive through at 11pm and the person on the other end said “just to let you know we already closed the kitchen so if you order food it will take a while”… why would you close the kitchen at 11 when your a restaurant that’s open until 12? That makes no sense. Sounds like people who just wanted to leave early.

This past Friday, around 8pm, I waited at the microphone to order for every bit of ten minutes or more. In total, I sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. Once I was able to pull to the window to pay, never receiving a receipt from the employee with my change, the scene inside the restaurant was one of chaos and confusion. The employee wasn’t particularly nice or friendly. I finally get my food and the chili isn’t but halfway full, the employee hand me the chili and it’s all over the outside of the container, never received any napkins… my kids meal was literally thrown in the bag, the chicken nuggets and fries weren’t even in their containers.. I had ordered a strawberry lemonade but I’m honestly uncertain as to which option I actually received but it wasn’t lemonade. Dissatisfied doesn’t begin to describe the experience

Walk in the door the floor so sticky wet needs attention they need someone to clean the place bad first impression walking in the door. The parking lot and sidewalk is a mess they need a pressure washer to clean it tracking up the floors inside and attracting roaches and varmints haven’t even tried the food yet hope it doesn’t have cockroaches in it
