This place has really gone downhill. It used to be good, but ever since they closed the one on South Main, this one no longer has service worth anything. And the food has also taken a hit. It first started with the “no cashier” thing where if you don’t have the app, they won’t even look at you. So you do the app and then you have to wait like 30 minutes to get your cold food. It’s ridiculous. We will likely never go back here again.

I have never seen a fast food restaurant be so consistently slow every single time you go. There will be only 5 cars and the wait to get your food will be 20+ minutes. If you go inside the wait will be even longer even though it’s never busy. Highly recommend avoiding and going somewhere faster if your in a rush.

Absolutely atrocious, the speed of service is unlike I have ever seen. I can’t even rate the food because I’m still not even close to ordering. I’ve waited 45 minutes for 3 cars to pass. My anger is burning stronger than my hunger some how some way. I will never be coming back to this location and I would not be supprised if I perish before receiving my food.

The Wendy’s establishment at this location is terrible. Incredibly dysfunctional. Leaves you wondering what you pay for. It is very slow service, frequently dirty, bathrooms gross, and the soda machines are almost always out of ice, carbonation, or soda syrup. Don’t waste your time.

To start off we had an online order today. The lady at the window was rude, she also was touching the rims of the cups no gloves. My daughter got a lime ginger ale and there was a piece of food floating in it. She exchanged it. We were missing sauces and sour cream but not missing food this time. The food was stale and cold, baked potatoes wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. Chilli was old and discolored. Horrible experience. I don’t usually give bad review but we have had the same lady 2x in a row and both times we were missing things. The first time we were missing a whole meal minus the drink. Get it together Wendy’s!

I’ve gotten food poisoning from a biggie bag, nothing special, just the chicken sandwich one. I really liked this Wendy’s upon moving here but a year later the employees are rude, and snappy for no reason, the lines are always long, they’re probably terribly understaffed, and I get cold food about every time I go. Go somewhere else. Eat local. Avoid this now sad dump of yet another fast food chain location going down hill. Avoid giving money to a place where you’re going to sit hungry in your car after work, waiting an hour for food that comes out COLD.

The place is dirty and unkept. Waited 10 minutes just to order with no other customers inside. The drink machine was out of various drinks. The tables where all dirty. Management must be poor here because they clearly do not have their stuff together.
