Two weeks ago we were called to Happy Dragon Chinese Fast Food in Delano California. This customer wanted us to build him a small efficient walk in cooler. So we took what use to be a bathroom and turned it into a cooler. Take a look at the pictures I posted.

Food was missing seasoning.

Walked in trays almost all empty asked for beef and broccoli saw the tray had broccoli no beef so I asked if there was fresh one coming out the employee said no that what’s left needs to finish before they make more this is my 3rd time here and I noticed the same thing both times the only time the food was good was on there grand opening week !!!…definitely won’t be going back and definitely don’t recommend it

Very good customer service especially from the girl with black hair who always welcoming and friendly. I go 2 dragon boxes and the food was great. A little dry but flavor was giving homey vibes. Will definitely be back!

They ask to sign up for rewards then you come to redeem and they don’t do them anymore . Ask two questions to see if I would get something but the girl was so rude no interest on making a sale or even making an attempt to make you feel welcome. Food looked dried and old . Ended up leaving empty handed. Waste of my time and gas for the day .

Same results every time we try to come for dinner, trays are always empty, cook always has an attitude because she don’t want to cook went in at 430pm Why the trays always empty? Bakersfield is never like this, it’s not the first time either I go in to a whole lot of nothing to serve. Walked out AGAIN! Couldn’t even make a dragon bowl for my daughter with noodles and shrimp. Bring a microwave with you food was all cold. The door rings when u come in but no one came to the front so I opened the door a bunch of times til they came to help me. Orange chicken is mid the noodles were okay I probably won’t come back

Definitely 10/10 from our first time eating here the food was amazing, our favorite was the butter shrimp it was crispy, fresh and not to mention the flavor!! It was so tasty and yummy! All The food we ordered was well worth it, the prices were very affordable and we will definitely come again!! Great job!

My bf and I were excited to try this place out but were disappointed and probably will not return. First thing was there was not much selection other than chicken available at the moment. Another thing was we could tell the food on display was NOT fresh at all. We went with the one that looked “fresh” and it turned out to be cold. The only thing hot was the chow mien. The rice was warm but overall we were not able to enjoy our meal as we expected.

THE FOOD WAS AMAZING great service and great portions. I definitely recommend. Just give it a try it’s new. cute Christmas decoration. It feels like a home. The chicken has yummy flavor. The workers are friendly and they have great humor. I will be going again
