I’ve had some wonderful interactions with wonderful people at this location. But I just have to ask: What’s the point in having a lobby if you aren’t going to use it? Drive thru comes to a standstill because apparently the restaurant functions on a “one order at a time” system.

I simply wanted a Cobb salad. No Cobb salad? OK, Caesar. No Caesar? OK, Apple Pecan, like my friend’s. We wait 20 minutes. She comes out with only one Apple Pecan in a bag – surprise, there’s only one available! This place is an unfunny joke, especially if you’re on your lunch hour – stark and unclean as well. Zero stars.

This Wendy’s is awful and we have never had a bad experience at one before, so that’s saying something. We came in to dine in a couple days ago at 11am. The sign still hadn’t been flipped from breakfast so we were guessing what we wanted from memory. The camera above the registers was flipped backwards. The floor was so sticky our feet would make a snap sound. Two employees kept walking out of the kitchen to answer phone calls in the lobby and they constantly left the kitchen door open. People were just standing around with all the orders coming in. We both used to work at Wendy’s/BK so we aren’t strangers to fast food. There was just zero sense of urgency and it gets worse… Only 1/4 of the drink selections were available. They had no BBQ sauce. TP was out. The ketchup packets they handed us from over the counter were covered in ketchup themselves. Our fries and foods were all cold. They ran out of small lids in the middle of our time there. All the counters in the dining in area were dirty from what had to have been days prior. There were literally sticky cup marks everywhere. Like.. just.. we won’t ever be back. So gross.

Small staff struggled to get the food out but made sure all orders were correct, just didnt seem like there was any real desire to be quick. Is always tough to serve a party of 35 people even though we always order 5 at a time.

I came to Wendy’s in disputanta and I had my granddaughters with me. As I was approaching the counter to order I was told they were not taking any orders and they were backed up by 15 orders and would not recommend me to go to another branch. There was barely any staff in the store I counted 3 persons. I feel like it should have been better prepared and this is not the first time this particular branch has had problems. If they continue to have these issues they need to permanently close and put another store there

Visited this location for the first time at 7:15pm today (9-27-22, a Tuesday) and they told me to go through the drive through because inside was closed. They were not cleaning at all. All the chairs were on the floor. All the inside lights were on. A lot of workers were sitting at the dining tables on their phones. The place also smelled like a lot of weed smoke. Went to McDonald’s!

Ordered breakfast online and when I got there to pick up the order was informed that they did not have over half of the items I had ordered. She offered to substitute an oatmeal bar for French toast sticks. Seriously, if I wanted an oatmeal bar I can buy a whole box for what I had already paid. and when requested a refund they could not. Piss poor preparation. not to mention this is at 10am. the sign on the door says lobby is open at 9 and the doors are all locked.
