It seems like there is always a problem with this Wendy’s. Ordered a BLT biggie bag. I said no cheese and the order taker rudely said “IT DONT GOT NO CHEESE ON IT”. Ok cool. Get the sandwich and there’s no bacon and no tomato. You’re so busy tryna rush and be rude half the things on the sandwich are missing. Got a strawberry Fanta. Was weak and Had a medicine taste. Diet Coke tasted weird as well. Gave us two sauces for an entire meal. Someone make it make sense

They fixed it pretty quickly after we said something, but how did they not notice this huge white chunk of plastic floating in our drink. Mind you the handed it to us out of a fully lit building into a dimly lit car in the middle of the night and my child said hey there is something in my drink “looks like paper”. So automated they dont pay attention to what they are putting out at all.

If I could give a rating of a zero I would… business was open yet they had the doors locked. Both doors were locked and a employee saw me from the counter yet still didn’t unlock the doors… I waited for 5-10 minutes and tried again thinking he unlocked the doors after seeing me. But nope, I stood there and pointed at the door because by this time the employee was as sitting at a table on his phone and saw me and looked multiple times yet still did nothing. This store is a joke on the regular but this was just straight lazy. Would never recommend coming here. The wait for food inside is usually 20 minutes anyways, and the employees are always high as hell and forget something or make ur meal a medium instead of a large

Drive thru -Breakfast – We were the only car in line. We ordered and was told to drive up to the door. We waited for 10 minutes. The guy who brought out our order acted like it was a big bother to have to bring out the order. Everything was cold. Took the oder inside for a refund with no apologies from the cashier or the manager. This place needs the entire staff changed along with the management

Very disappointing experience. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for just 7 chicken tenders. When I asked for the missing items, the staff acted unwilling to help and had bad attitudes. The employees were not friendly, and I saw food being handled with bare hands after touching other surfaces, which was very concerning. The food was not fully cooked and appeared raw. Even the drinks smelled like Clorox, which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, poor service, long wait times, unsafe food handling, and undercooked food. This location needs serious improvement.

Pulled up to the drive thru, nobody says anything. I sit for a minute or then say “hello” and he says “hello” super rude. I said nobody gonna say anything? He said “no, I’m eating. I’m hungry.” I say can I get a frosty please, “no frosty’s, down for the night”. Mind you, it’s an hour before closing. This is about the 4th time I’ve come, at different times and they never have frosty’s. As a chain yall need to do better. Awful service and people who don’t care about their jobs at all. You miss out on a ton of money having lazy workers that just don’t want to do the work to have one of the only good things at wendy’s.

The reason i wanted rate because I couldn’t find what I want. There was a ‘Wednesday’ TV show limited deal and I went to the restaurant because of this deal however it was only chicken nuggets meal and drink shake. Very limited. The company could give costumer option like most popular meal instead of chicken nuggets because the show is very big in U.S.! Anyway, i didn’t purchase anything. We walk-in there by 6pm. Inside the restaurant was empty. Employee was cleaning the floor, she welcomed us, she was friendly. The restaurant interior was old, needs some updates.

Wendy’s is Wendy’s. However this Wendy’s that we patronized really needed additional help. The woman doing the register was also doing preparation of the order for the counter and it seemed like the drive-thru. She was doing the work of three probably only got to pay of one. I don’t know the name to compliment her. In addition the order was it correctly prepared, no tomato, it had tomato. It happens in a busy place.

We went here to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. Well… I ordered the Breakfast Baconator!! The description was a grilled sausage, bacon and egg topped with Swiss cheese!! What on earth is THIS??!! I was given A BURNT SAUSAGE, BACON AND FOR SOME REASON MAYONNAISE!! NO EGG AND NO CHEESE!!! This is what you’re serving your paying customers?! Never Again!!!
