Female employee asked me to wait when we were the only car in line. Timed it after sitting for a while and waited at least 5 minutes just for them to take the order. She offered no apology. They were out of frostys. I placed an order after repeating myself several times. Get to the window and the male employee does not give me a receipt but hands the food to me. The sweet tea had no ice. He looks down at me looking confused and says they are out of ice and he gets corrected for telling me that. He looks at the female employee and asks why he can’t tell us he is out of ice and states, “but it’s warm” as the tea felt like it had been brewed recently. Food was cold. Honestly the worst experience but I have gone here a couple of times to see if I ever get better service and I don’t.

Every time I come through this drive thru and there is a certain manager there-heavy set man-they are always out of things-especially salads and baked potatoes. I’m not sure if this is from a lack management skills or the inability to be prepared for their day but it’s the most frustrating thing. It seems to be purposefully done as a way to not do certain things, but either way it’s irritating to sit and wait for at least 5 mins, at a minimum, and still be told the stuff I want is not available. Something needs to be done I understand good help is hard to find but keeping the help that doesn’t really help isn’t a good thing either.

Took forever to even take my order in the drive through. Food was given quickly to me. Out of chili spicy sauce. And was told 1 more bag, was given the 2nd bag, missing an entire sandwich. Was looked at like I had 2 heads why I was still waiting. Had to ask for my missing sandwich twice.

When we walked in on 3/23/23, we were rudely told the lobby was closed and that we could only order in the drive through because they were short-staffed. There was no sign on the door, etc., and Door Dashers were still coming and going. We went back out and sat in the slow-moving drive through line for a while before giving up and going to McDonald’s. Probably won’t be back.
