Doesn’t get the order right. When I substituted apples for fries I got a tiny container halfway filled up, yet you charged me full price for my meal but I didn’t get the same size apples as I would fries. Frosty machines are either down or they don’t have chocolate. The employees are either argumentative or just don’t want to be bothered.

Really disappointed. Went there for my fav, Asiago chicken club, which has always been excellent at other Wendy’s, but this was bad. Chicken should not be chewy. It was everything you don’t want in a chicken sandwich. I will say that their small fries were bigger than Burger King’s medium, but I wasn’t there for the fries…and look at all the dang “heels”!! A very sad tomato and burned bun. Yeah, disappointed.

A female today locked the store up with her child in the lobby also stopped answering the drive thru at 530PM. VERY DISTURBING. Police were called due to the weirdness. Waiting on corporate. Hopefully she is fired. Someone was also in the drive thru trying to get a customers door dash order and was unable too. The woman giggled and the excuse was short staff. Okay lock the restaurant and take you and your child home. No answer to the lobby nor the drive thru. The food is awful but I wasnted a mixed lemonade drink and was unable to get it. Professionalism should exist no matter the job. You knew what you were getting paid when you were hired so act accordingly. There’s hundreds of jobs out here if your not satisfied. Nothing fast about this fast food joint. The drive thru was like a time warp. Was in line for lunch and felt like I got my dinner. Super slow. Like over 20 minutes in line slow. Unacceptable. I ordered a burger not the lobster. Moving along.

Ordered thru the app and picked up at drive thru. They also 9ffer curbside delivery which can be helpful. Order was ready when I arrived. Drive thru was a little slow. A little confused about my order but quickly gat it straight. Typical Wendy’s food. As usual chili and Frosty were excellent. Employees are professional and polite.
