Tried to order drive through, no one actually spoke despite being open, getting the automated ‘are you using our app?’ question, and waiting before leaving. This is not the first time this has happened.
I will give them credit, their drive through allows you to just pull away directly so you can go somewhere that is staffed.

I recently visited this Wendy’s and, although my food order was mixed up, the service was commendable. So it’s a mixed review as they were super nice and fast, but maybe too fast. If I’m in the mood for Wendy’s again, I’ll definitely give them another try, hoping for an error-free visit next time.

We wanted a quick bit before starting out holiday shopping. It’s been years since going to a drive thru but we both immediately started having stomach discomfort and me a headache. Never ever will we make this mistake. We immediately had to go home which caused us to delay shopping.

Food was beyond disgusting I ordered them BLT chicken sandwich. Chicken was frozen ordered fries they sent me nuggets instead they don’t understand English. How are people that understand and put effort in to their job especially working in the fast food chain.

Nobody at cashier to take order for a length of time. I’ve been at the register and nobody came to take my order. This is the second time in one day! Teach employees professionalism. To much laughing and playing in the back. Greetings go long way!
