Made the Right Way. Every Day. There’s a reason our bagels taste different–they’re made the traditional way. At Manhattan Bagel, we give each bagel a dip in a kettle of boiling water, then bake them fresh each morning. That’s how we get our authentic shiny bagels with a crispy, golden crust on the outside and that soft, satisfying chew inside. No shortcuts. Just real, authentic bagels made the way they were always meant to be. We kettle-boil our bagels to lock in that shine and crunch, then bake them fresh daily for a chewy, golden bite. No shortcuts, just the classic NY method – done right, right here, every day.

Counter-serve chain specializing in NYC-style bagels & coffee, plus salads, soups & sandwiches.

The service and atmosphere was nothing fantastic. The service was dry, no one smiled and didn’t feel welcome. I understand their tired from a long day, but still, I would prefer some a bit of friendly service.

The bagel I had was not that fantastic, it didnt taste like anything. A Sam’s club bagel has a better impact. Coming from NYC, this isn’t a Manhattam bagel. The farmhouse bagel I got wasn’t so special, kind of plan and low quality meat was used, all frozen or standard salty packed deli meats.

A little disappointed with the rave reviews, but not my standards I guess.

Start on the good…
The people there seem super nice… Can’t say enough.
Now… The negative
The wait for the food was LONG!
The atmosphere… Not cozy like a coffee shop but just felt a bit anxious.
The food.. got the all American which is an everything begal with bacon cheese and egg. This was fair tasting to me… However, I think most people would not have enjoyed the sharp salt flavor coming from the begal. Seemed to much for me.
Again got the mocha, did not like the mocha. Thought after a while it would be ok, thought maybe it was not stirred properly, but no.. Never got to full flavor and had a strange bitter tone. Ended up not being able to get through it.
So, again folks, the South.. SLOW service with a friendly welcoming persona. Not great mocha. Not sure this area can make a good mocha. This has been the theme for me in this area.

cute little bagel spot! I got the tuna bagel and my husband got the breakfast smokehouse brisket bagel. My bagel was a little hard but the tuna was very good. My husbands bagel was super soft and just delicious entirely, I would definitely recommend it. For both bagels and one orange juice we paid $25.

Though the online menu and signage in the restaurant stated gluten free options are available upon request the employees were not aware of the option and I was directed to fresh fruit. I ordered an almond milk latte that the staff prepared with whole milk. I unknowingly drank it to be doubled over in pain. Staff at this establishment are not trained properly as well the business falsely advertised having gluten sensitive options.
My partner who has no food allergies enjoyed his meal

I went here before going to Busch Gardens. The restaurant is nice and clean and service was quick. I had the nova lox bagel and an iced chai latte. The latte was good. The nova lox was okay. There wasn’t as much as I have had at other restaurants and it was really salty.

Yum! Everyone was so friendly. I had the farmhouse breakfast sandwich & it was delicious. You can tell the bagels are made fresh. Will definitely return!

Was looking for a good bagel place locally. We dined in and ordered a to-go 1/2 dozen bagles. The meal was less than desirable. Nothing to make me want to come back. My wife had to use the restroom and returned stating it was too dirty. The bagles we took home were so hard, impossible to chew, so they went into the trash. Need to find another place.

Manhattan Bagel was an excellent choice for breakfast on the go. Likewise, this quiet bagel eatery offers dine-in seating. The service and associates were all very friendly, helpful and patient while browsing around the immersive menu. Overall a very clean bagel joint and I would definitely come back again and again!

Visited today for the first time. Heard that this place was good. Food was ok. Latte was great. The restaurant itself in need of a deep clean and touch up. Here is what I noticed while eating my food: windows and glass doors dirty, black paint is chiped all over, some ceiling tiles needs to be replaced, ceiling a/c registers dirty, the spot light over the menu on a wall has stalactites hanging from it. This lack of cleanliness didn’t happen overnight, it had to be months or even years of neglect. It’s not like I came into a car part store and complain about cleanliness, yall serving food to the customers, yall should do better then this!!!
