Had two people in front of us in drive thru line. We had mobile order that was placed 10 minutes before arriving. Waited a total of 30 minutes between the drive thru and then being directed to wait in a parking lot spot for another 10 minutes. How are there 6+ workers and the foods not done! The mobile order app also glitched and the chicken sandwich we ordered, was just a patty! We received a plain patty, two cheeseburgers. We ordered a chicken sandwich, a cheeseburger, and 6 pc nugget. We didnt get the nuggets. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money.

Went here tonight beteen 6pm and 630. I ordered 2 6. Double stack biggie bags with what was supposed to be strawberry sprites got charged for Strawberry Lemonades and they wasnt even strawberry lemonades and they knew they wasnt when they handed them to.me. Fries was cold and i was missing a whole nugget. I called customer care for a refund this is the 3rd time something like this has happened at this location please just give me a refund. And i was not given a receipt. I paid like 17.85 or something like that. I will be waiting for my refund. It will be awhile before i go back to this location.

Resturant is always dirty. I mean the floor under the tables , the tables not wiped down, the place with the straws and napkins literally trash all over. Dont fet me started on the bathroom..I get some customers make a mess unfortunately thats also their job to clean up. The customer service is seriously lacking, take forever to take orders will literally act like your not there. Order are palced wrong, the young boy who took our order the first trip there wqs everywhere but where he should be. Common sense seems to be non existent from the majority in this Wendy’s. Theres one woman ive noticed seems to have a management vibe idk but she seems to get them in check when she can. Now to the quality of the food….this counter kid literally tried shoving 2 chilli cheese , 2 10 pc nuggets and chili in one small bag. He had thw fries side ways in the bag so it was dripping all over everything in the bag. Like I was saying common sense is a struggle for many these days. We were happy to hear Princess Anne was getting a Wendys but at this point Im still going to the S salisbury wendys because thwy are they only good one in the area. Anyway deff need more training /consquence for half assing their whole job. Gave them 2 chance and it was no good , always a bad interaction with workers and then the foods not right either. So no will keep going to the other one until they get their mess together.

This store gets very busy but we have a great team. We ended in Number 1 on our 3rd day/night open. Costumers are always right. Keep up the great work team. The managers are amazing.

We went here on 1/30/26 around 7pm and had a horrible experience. We had been so excited to try it out and saw that there finally wasn’t a long line. We ended up waiting for 10 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of us, also waiting, got to the speaker to order and were told we had to wait. When we finally did get home with our food our order was missing an entire meal. We decided to take the loss of that ~$14 meal because the service was so bad we didn’t know how long it would have been before getting seen to get it resolved.
