So I just stopped by here for the first time a few mins ago, (I was in the neighborhood and craving some spaghetti), and let me tell you all, Mr. Monis the owner, very courteous and professional, prepares the food himself. I ordered the Spaghetti with their signature meat sauce and Angus Beef meatballs, with a side of their FRESH mozzarella sticks. The spaghetti is bar none, AMAZING…10 OUT OF 10. The recipe is authentically homemade, taste is perfectly balanced, so is the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks, also comes with two big pieces of garlic bread. The mozzarella sticks were fresh as said before, and the cheese is very gooey, the way it’s supposed to be!!! QUALITY!!!!
Granted, I haven’t tried everything on the menu, but my 1st impression here as well as taking other people’s reviews into consideration; it would be safe for me to assume the same thing for everything else here.
By the way, the PORTION of the spaghetti, 10/10. The owner did not skimp on the portions, talk about a hefty plate of spaghetti, and 9 pieces of mozzarella sticks for 7 bucks? Way better than other well-known pizza joints, they just pale in comparison…and for a feasible price in today’s economy??? Yeah, I highly recommend Mr. Pepperoni in Main Street Fairfax.
Lastly, they also have a lunch special for two slices of pizza and a can of soda for seven bucks, I haven’t tried it yet, but I intend to later on. I also plan on visiting their Herndon location in the future.
Go eat there ASAP, you won’t regret it.

Stopped by for a couple of slices while in the area for Thanksgiving and I wasn’t disappointed. Little wait time for amazing pizza. Pizza came out hot and ready, taste was amazing and the sauce was delicious. The owner was there putting in several orders for other customers and wasn’t missing a beat. I appreciate a great slice of pizza and if you’re in the area you need to stop by.

Last weekend I was craving like never before for a cheesesteak sandwich and with my ADHD fully kicked in… I must have been looking and reading reviews for more than an hour before convincing myself that Mr. Pepperoni is IT. I was not disappointed and actually extremely overjoyed with the taste, ingredients and the quality of this sandwich. Absolutely hit the spot and today I’m taking a good 20 min detour to stop by again! Cannot get enough of it!

One of my new favorite restaurants, prices are reasonable, food is delicious and service is amazing. Would highly recommend to friends and family for the great customer service and helpful employees. Everything was immaculate. I ordered a gyro and it was perfect. Lots of seasoned meat and a white sauce with a distinct cucumber taste. If you find yourself in the area definitely go here and have some of the food, much better than most food chains in the area.

The restaurant is set up primarily for take out. There are two small tables (2 persons each) inside, but one was occupied by the owner/operator. The restaurant was warmly decorated and had a homey atmosphere. The two persons (owner and friend?) were very friendly and warm. The pizza itself was a NY style pizza. I ordered my pizza with 2 toppings. The toppings were fresh. One topping was bacon. I thought it was unusual that the bacon was uncooked when applied, but was fully cooked after bake. The taste of the pie was a bit bland. The crust was a very nice texture, but the pie would have been much enhanced with some added cook time. The sauce did not have as much pop to it as I would like and the cheese appeared to be straight mozzarella. The pie was certainly satisfying, but more cooking time, perhaps additional herbs/spices in the sauce for added pop and a blend of cheese could elevate the pie to standing out amongst the many area pizzerias.

This is the best pizza I have had in the area. We ordered Alfredo and a cheese steak sub as well and they were both wonderful. The service was excellent. The man working there made us very happy. I’m glad to have found a good restaurant in the area.

UPDATE: I just went back to Lil Italian Pizza for the first time in several months and the pizza is not the same as it used to be. It’s under new management and the quality and taste has declined significantly. I ordered the same thing I always do, the pepperoni pizza, and they added some weird herbs to it as well as different tasting pizza sauce. The entire place is decorated in Arabic writing and Arabic music/tv playing throughout the restaurant. Not a bad thing, but when you order pizza from Lil Italian Pizza, that’s not what you expect, and I guess that’s why everything tastes significantly different. Won’t be returning

Absolutely delicious and we are very particular with pizza. Just the right amount of crisp. And I randomly ordered a Greek salad there with grilled chicken and it was HUGE. Tasty and lots of chicken. Definitely try this place out if you haven’t.

I don’t understand how this place has a high rating. Maybe it’s all of the suspicious accounts with 1-2 review history giving this 5/5. The pizza looks good but has nearly no flavor, literally more tasteless than Pizza Hut. Our wings were soggy and didn’t have much hot sauce on them.
