Positives – friendly staff , fast service , easy to get too.
Negatives – prices on the menu are not the same as what you pay , I thought we were over charged so I added up the amounts based on menu. The menu’s are evidently old , I asked the the register person for a reciet he said he usually doesn’t give receipts now I know why. When I pressed he gave me a receipt with the grand total not broken down so you don’t know what things cost so beware.
Also omelet was very dry and over cooked as were the potatoes, the toast was acceptable but not the kind I asked for. My son ordered a wrap which was very small especially for the price and also average at best. There are no napkins at the tables or counter you have to ask if you want one , I did , and he handed me just a couple like he was handing me gold. Poor , every table should have a napkin dispenser or paper towels , especially since there are no waiters or waitresses.
Final negative, we parked right in front a delivery truck pulled in while we were eating about a foot from passenger side of our vehicle. These were customer spots but driver didn’t care he parked large commercial truck in spot and refused to move. My son had to pull our vehicle out into the middle of parking lot so my wife and I could get back into vehicle so we could leave.
I unfortunately would not recommend this place , perhaps we hit a bad day , but the thing with the prices being different than what menu says is very wrong.
We were seated quickly & invited to grab our own coffee at the coffee station. The coffee was on point.
My wife had the corned beef & Swiss omelet (because after all, it was St Patrick’s Day). I got a jump on Cinco de Mayo & had the best juevos rancheros that I’ve ever had!
From the outside it looks like a little luncheonette, but with all the pics & signs on the inside walls, it looks like you’re visiting family or friends.
Speaking of that….we were from out of town, but most of the others there were locals, and they all said good morning to my wife & me.
I need a good excuse to travel back this way so I have an excuse to stop.in here again.
I ordered a veggie wrap on a jalapeño wrap and it was phenomenal! The ingredients were fresh and everything tasted so flavorful. I also travelled about an hour with it until I got to work and it wasn’t soggy or anything- it held very well and I was super satisfied after! 10/10 recommend .
