This is one of the dirtiest fast food places and sadly its called Wendy’s! The service is poor, I waiting every bit of 20 minutes to order food through the drive thru, only to get a sloppy sandwich that had way too much mayonnaise on it and a dry dirty bun. The French fries were cold and just looking in from the drive thru window, the place was filthy. Whoever the manager is has no desire to serve quality food and work in a clean environment. I was shocked to see this especially being located in Owings Mills. This particular location needs help before they are shut down. Dont waste your money go to different location or restaraunt altogether!

Very slow drive-thru and slow service at the windows. Drive thru workers were polite despite the long wait time. Patrons left the drive thru line – tired of waiting. Plus: Order was mostly correct, EXCEPT I ordered an unsweetened iced tea for a Cancer survivor who ended up with Sweet tea and all 3 orders of fries were COLD.

I ordered a Dave’s double and my meat wasn’t even cooked. I take my food apart to eat it and even take off pieces, my job requires me to move around so I take a piece here and there. I ate one burger which was cooked and the second burger was not. Once I noticed the meat I immediately stopped eating my food. 20 minutes later I was so sick to my stomach, throwing up consistently. I called the restaurant and told the manager about my uncooked food she stated “when was that” as her first response not even apologizing for my huge inconvenience. Then she stated “you can bring it back I can give you a new sandwich or your money back”. I requested for my money back. There was no polite costumer service skills. Her tone of voice and lack of empathy displayed that she did not care. All in all just go somewhere else.

Cashier acted like we were bothering her. Looked and sounded bothered by our presence. The breakfast sandwich I normally love was slapped together and difficult to eat. (It was still delicious)

Ordered through the app a little after 11pm for drive through pickup. My food was hot but there was a huge bug on the lettuce when I opened the sandwich. I was already home and live almost 15 mins away so I couldn’t return it. I haven’t visited this location in a few monthsbut don’t recall having any issues previously.

I went inside to get a sandwich and that’s it when the young lady advised me she couldn’t take my order because she didn’t have a cashier. Then she doubled back and told me I had to order through the drive thru. Terrible customer service…. She then gave me a final option to order and pay with a card ….too bad nobody cares last time I order here.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal today. When I got home, the chicken sandwich I had ordered was not in my bag. I go back to this Wendy’s and told them they had forgot to give me my spicy chicken sandwich. They gave me my sandwich after I had waited for some minutes. When I got home, my sandwich did not look like the usual chicken sandwich I’ve received in my previous orders. The chicken sandwich I received was horrible. The chicken was paper thin, and it tasted like fried spicy batter. I will never order anything from this location again.

So I just spend my good hard earned money and time to be played with. I ordered on the app , arrived 10 minutes after my food said it was done still wait 20 minutes at the window, for old nuggets! I ordered two orders of crispy nuggets and was just given one order of crispy one order of spicy nuggets taste like they were made hours ago. Just disgusting.

We went thru the drive thru to try their breakfast. Asked for the sausage and egg biscuit, no cheese, the young man repeated it correctly. After we received the food I quickly realized it had cheese and no egg! The quality of the food was very good. It was hot and fresh. Too bad customer service is still at the bottom of the list of priorities.

Frustrated is an understatement. I ordered two #1 “double” burger meals — one plain for my daughter, and one with no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant. I repeated my order to make sure there was no confusion. What I got? Two singles, both with cheese. The kicker — my receipt clearly showed the correct order, so somewhere between the register and the kitchen, no one bothered to pay attention. This isn’t just sloppy, it’s careless. To top it off, the lettuce was nothing but the hard core with thick ribs — the part nobody wants to bite into — and the burger was drowning in mayo. If you can’t get a simple order right, especially when it involves a dietary restriction, that’s a serious problem. This isn’t the first time, and I’m fed up. I won’t be going back.
