Between Whataburger and Freddie’s, Freddie’s wins hands down. Whataburger has gotten bad, happy that Freddie’s hasn’t gone cheap on their ingredients like McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, and Mazzios, as well as Soo many others. It’s nice to know there’s atleast one fast food restaurant that still going strong, still tastes great with decent prices!

First time visiting Oklahoma and saw this place while driving around. I ordered the jalapeño burger and added bacon, lettuce and tomato. I also ordered the cheese curds.
The burger is good although the patties could be thicker. I did like they are a smashed patty with the crunchy charred edges. The grilled jalapeños were good, enough hot to add to the flavor but not over powering. The cheese curds were the real star of the show, not overly battered with a lot of large curds. Overall a good place to eat.

It’s sad that horrible customer experience causes someone to no longer eat at their favorite restaurant. I went through the drive thru tonight. I checked the receipt before driving home and my order was wrong. Went back through the drive thru and the teenager tried to charge me for the burger she got wrong. I watched as they were bringing large orders towards the front of the building. After waiting another lengthy time the girl asked me to pull forward and wait out front because she had a mobile order behind me. I stated no and I would like my money back or my burger. Then her attitude to help me changed and I had my burger in less than a minute after that. I don’t know how businesses need to teach their employees customer service but they are loosing loyal customers. Zero desire to go back.

I’m a regular customer who usually enjoys your food and service, but this time was completely different.
I ordered cheese fries and cheese curds, but both items were made incorrectly — my fries had no cheese at all, and the curds were not prepared properly. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that, but what truly upset me was the complete lack of effort to fix the issue when I reached out.
When I called to explain that my cheese fries had no cheese whatsoever, I was told there was “only 2oz of cheese allowed.” I clarified again that I received none, yet the employee simply repeated that policy and offered no solution, refund, or consolation. Instead, I was told to “leave a review using the QR code on the receipt.”
That response was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. I wasn’t looking to argue — I just wanted my order corrected or acknowledged. As someone who regularly visits Freddy’s, I expected much better customer service and accountability.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I’d like to continue being a loyal customer — but experiences like this make it difficult to feel valued or respected.
Side note. I used to work for Freddys so I understand how things are suppose to be made!

It’s good, but not the most consistent. The last 2 times that I’ve gone through the drive thru they’ve forgotten to add onions. I had some at home that I sliced for mine, but I wasn’t about to grill onions for my husband’s meal which was supposed to have them with it. I know it’s ultimately a small thing, but the whole point of eating out is that you don’t have to do cooking and food prep.

I ordered honey mustard and 3 of each fry sauce on my order. They didn’t put in bag. When I asked for it I was pointed to a different area to ask another person for what should have been in my bag. I ordered a large fry and got a regular. Had to wait in line to get my concrete. Overall highly disappointed and this was the 2nd time experiencing this type of service on a mobil order.

Messed up an order and when called, they said they would send an offer to email. $5 off expires in one month. Sorry, I don’t want to return after that. We are missing food and we have to go back to get our money? No thanks. Won’t ever visit here again.
