Expect a hugeeeeee line to place order. Not a user friendly kiosk. We could save time and effort if someone was taking orders rather than unfriendly kiosk. By the time you understand where is what in the kiosk, possibilities are high you will forget to order something and go through the line again. Half hour to reach kiosk , 5 mins to understand the kiosk and other 10 mins to get your order. Definitely understaffed which takes away the joy of enjoying a good bagel and coffee. There are no spreads sold separate. If you missed, you are done. You can come here if you have considerable amount of layover time.

I ordered at 6:50 pm which is on my receipt. I ordered a turkey sausage and egg bagel sandwich with 50% less cream cheese. I waited 24 minutes to receive my food, and it took me asking 2 times about my food. While I was waiting, another woman who ordered right before me was also waiting a long time and she politely asked about her order status as she had been waiting a long time. The lady (who was polite) asked her her name and order which was confirmed, and the man making the food said yes it’s on the way. More time passes and the woman asks the man if her food is coming and she was immediately met with attitude, and when she reminded him they had just said they were working on it, he denied having ever said anything about her food coming up, which was a lie. Anyways, they eventually give her her food and she walks away. I asked if I could get a refund because my flight was boarding, and she said no because there was no manager on site. They confirmed my order to me and said it was on the way. I wait another 10 minutes to get it. She handed me the bag and my flight was boarding so I had to go. When I opened the bag and bit into it, it was just a plain bagel with 2 eggs on it. Nothing else of what I paid for. I even tipped when I placed my order because I feel food service workers deserve tips but this kind of service absolutely does not. The man making the food tonight was extremely unpleasant and rude, shaking his head when the other woman asked about the status of her food. Maybe consider learning to not get rude with customers who politely ask after a considerable amount of time of patiently waiting. You don’t need to internalize that mistake but you should internalize your inability to treat people with mutual respect and reflect on why that is. Thanks!

I stood in line the morning of August 21st for almost 35 minutes to make and order at a Kiosk. Only one of the Kiosks was working which made the line much longer. The storage area where the bagels were stored was dirty and the staff were just unpleasant when trying to ask for assistance. I have been traveling in this airport for over 19 years. The service at Einstein Bagel is consistently below standard. It should really close.

Sunday morning 630AM, only one computer is able to be used to order. The line took 39 minutes to get through and another 27 minutes to get the food. The ladies behind the counter are more focused on the conversations amongst each other and dancing then taking care of the guest, ensuring a good experience. While I do believe in having a good time at work, there has to be a balance. Terrible! Please make some changes, Einstein Bagel is an excellent place, but not this one. . Currently, there are 31 people in line and 24 waiting.

Limited selection based on low inventory. They had a lady doing the cooking that would scream out your name (illegible). Then when asked if it was you to she was calling. Got nasty. Gave unsavory look. Unprofessional. Poorly managed.

Food will be not what you ordered but is not toxic poison like most restaurants in the terminal. but you might miss your flight waiting for it. About 30 minutes for one bagel with cream cheese. Service is nonexistent but they’ll still extort a 20% tip. The staff are completely unsupervised kids. Doing their best but clearly zero training or organization.

Oh and it costs a fortune. $25 for one bagel and a water.

Great service. I got the avocado veggie bagel, but I found out at the wait line after a while that they were out of almost all the veggies. The employee speaking to me about it was very respectful and wanted to make it right with something else. Since I am a vegetarian, I ended up with avocado, tomato, and egg. The egg wouldn’t have been on the original bagel. When I opened my bagel, I found that they absolutely doubled down on that avocado spread!! So much avocado, I’ve never seen that much before, but I love that they did that, regardless if that’s what they normally do or not.

I had a long layover and realized it would take time to order and get my food by seeing the long line. That was fine with me, but this is an airport, so just have some common sense in ordering.

AWFUL customer service. I got to Atlanta STARVING after a 12 hour flight from Tokyo. Just wanted a Tasty Turkey Bagel. Waited in line behind an older couple for 7-10 minutes because only one of the two ordering monitors were working and there was no other way to order, yet no one was helping them. Finally a worker helped them, and I went up to order on the screen. Tried to order a Tasty Turkey bagel, which is on the menu, but it wasn’t appearing on the screen. I asked a worker close by if I could have a Tasty Turkey bagel and she said they were out of some of the ingredients. I didn’t want some things on it anyway so I asked if I could just have the Asiago bagel with the turkey, tomato, and lettuce. All of which they had. But when the worker I asked help for turned to her coworker, who was making the food, and asked her to take it from there, she said, “I don’t know what we have and don’t have.” So I asked again if I could just have an Asiago bagel with turkey given that’s the basic part of the Tasty Turkey, and she said, “No you need to put something in on the screen.” And I literally ended up just walking away and skipping dinner because there was a long line behind me due to the time it took the older couple ahead of me to order. Awful experience.

Ordered toasted Blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I received a crouton. I went back. The worker was very nice said would make another of not ok mamaher would refund my money. I received a soft blueberry bagel in the bag. By the time I sat down, 2 minutes later, it was again a crouton AND it had melted butter. They are closed now. I cannot go back. I am setting here for three hours. I just wanted a little comfort food not from a vending machine for my wait.

When about and about in my travels I will tend to drift to a Einstein’s for a quick bite. I really can’t express how woefully disappointed I was with the ATL airport concession. The line in of its self was painful. Only one was working, they don’t do cash anymore. The napkins were out and when told about this by a customer, they have to comfirm first before filling and taking the customer’s word. When the order finally came the toasted bagel was cold along with the 2 rock hard butters. The Tasty Turkey that I love had standard round 2 deli slices that were haphazardly thrown on, giving me flash backs to the recent salmonella outbreak. There was also a lack of complete ingredients as stated on menu. I guess they were out of tomatoes at 1200 today. I will be passing on my favorite lunchtime stand at this ATL Airport location, from now on. Buyers beware.
