First time I went to this Wendy’s, they forgot to even put the burger patty on my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Second time I went, I arrived at 10:50 to find 3 employees smoking outside and they told me they were closed. They don’t close until midnight according to this Google posting. Don’t bother going here. The staff obviously don’t know how, and don’t want to do their jobs.

Meh. Order wasn’t correct, but too hungry to go back and complain. I ordered a taco salad last night. When they handed to me, I didn’t think anything of it when they handed the chili separately. I get home and it’s a plain salad with tomatoes and ranch dressing. The chili is chili with crackers. No tacos, no sour cream. All I could do was laugh.

Ordered a frosty and a french fri on door dash. Order came with in ten minuets and my frosty was completely melted and warm and the fries where cold. Even if the driver had there heat on full blast there is no way that the frosty would of melted completely that quickly.

I was excited to try the salad. There was one other person in line. Nobody bothered to take our order. The fry guy and one other employee getting drive thru orders did see that we were in line but didn’t bother to acknowledge that we were there. I understand there may not have been enough employees, but someone from Wendy’s could have at least stated, we will be with you in a moment. After 5-7 minutes of nothing, I left. Maybe Dave should stop asking where’s the beef and instead ask where the custom service is?

My wife and I pulled into this Wendy’s location and immediately noticed a sign out front that said breakfast til 10:30am which was perfect considering we wanted some lunch. We weren’t sure if we heard the correct response to the car prior to us but we absolutely heard right. We pull up to the drive-through sign and was told by a woman over the intercom that there would still be a 10 minute wait for lunch and was in complete shock to check what time it was, it was 11:10am so obviously I pulled off as it had long since been lunchtime everywhere including at Wendy’s. As we are pulling off we realize that not only is someone outside smoking but also there was an employee sitting inside doing nothing. This place needs real management. Won’t be back and it’s sad considering there is not a lot of Wendy’s around and we enjoy the food. Disappointed customers

This Wendy’s is absolutely horrible during the evening hours. You wait atleast 10-15 minutes before they acknowledge you in the drive thru another 10 minutes to pay, then after you pay another 10-20 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else

I pull up at 10. The customer before me ordered and got their food. Sat there for 10 mins to have them tell me they are closed. This is the second time. Nt sure if it was change in management. I gave them a chance to reddem themselves but to no avail. They need to close this wendys and make space for an actual burger joint. The employees were literally standing around talking doing nothing. Why are these people being hired? I’m never going to a wendys ever again. If I could give them a negative score I would give -10. These people getting paid to do absolutely nothing.

I have been to this Wendy’s on two occasions and the first time no one would take my order because there was no one that would come to the front. The second time I had a very rude cashier who flat out said that he wasn’t going to give me my order. I would recommend not going to this Wendy’s. There is nothing but terrible customer service here.

What’s going on looks like they have closed and gone out of business this location had only been around for 19 years. I was one of their 1st hires in 2004 in my junior year of high school.

This the worst place! I still in line for 10 to 12 minutes before somebody even looked at me to ask me for my order then the young lady got a attitude then on top of that another worker who was a young guy want to start a fight with me because I said something to the girl about my time. That young gentleman should be fired for wanting to pick a fight with me which is uncalled for Wendy should be ashamed of themselves and they just lost one customer this is not a great place to come to eat at all in Abingdon Maryland
