So for one thing there drive-thru only and probably will never reopened. Another thing when you pull up at the speaker they speak so quietly you can’t hear them so I went up there a window to say who I ordered for and the African-American girl was like rude. Save yourself the problem and go to Chick-fil-A. They’re fully open and much happier there in the food is so much better. Y’all should hire employees that don’t have an attitude problem. As we should treat others how we want to be treated as you never know what somebody is going through.

My husband ordered two meals today from them at 8:54pm. Ordered 2 number 6 combo, for one combo he substituted chili instead of fries and substitute small “vanilla frosty” instead of normal drinks. First of all he didnt get receipt so someone else print out the receipt for him. Because cashier refuse to give him a receipt. Second, instead of vanilla frosty we received chocolate and they charged extra drink. I called them to confront them, the girl who was on the phone didn’t want to handle it so she passed the call to someone else… seriously? Also, update on hamburger , there is no lettuce, tomato, and no sauce… wow… I’m not going to go there anymore.

Ordered a #12 large combo with a sprite. Also added a bacon cheese baked potato. Total was $17.xx (I don’t know my exact total because they wouldn’t give me a receipt after they took my payment) As I waited for my food, another employee comes to window and tells me my card declined, so I give them another card, I had a weird feeling because I knew I have the funds, so I go and check to see if went thru, as it did. They charged me $28.90. As they are trying to charge me again on another card I show them my phone and the app shows I was correct. Employee shows manager and tells her I wasn’t lying. They gave me back only $9.10 in cash for the difference which is not even correct $28.90-$17.xx is well over $10. The accusation and service is not acceptable. They didn’t give me a receipt when they charged me. And I cannot even contact corp. I did not appreciate the dishonesty and fraud attempt. I will never go to this location again.

Don’t waste your time at this location. I’ve had nothing but bad luck, rude customer service, cold food, messed up orders and gross lettuce. When I brought this to staff attention, they show no concern. Offered a refund but never a apology or admit to any wrong doing. Go else where. I like Wendy’s, just not this location

Says its open til midnight. Went at 10:50pm. There was a girl inside, i saw her look straight at my car as i pulled in the drive through. Sat there for 5 min. No one ever came to the mic, went to the window, she went and hid, never came to the window. Went to wawa instead. Why advertise your open till midnight if you’re not. Or why do you have employees that hid out in the place, ignoring people but still getting paid

Horrible place. I wanted some food while my car was charging but apparently they can’t take orders inside the store. Either you go to the drive way or order on the app. I don’t wanna download the app just to use it once.
