Bought a baconator meal for 14 dollars. Service was a little slow but not too bad. The food however was atrocious. Got a diet with no ice, undercooked fries and when I bit into my baconator, I tasted nothing but extreme levels of salt. Don’t waste your time going to this Wendy’s.

Horrible service!!! I asked for two double number ones and two fries with two Dr. peppers and when I went to get my food at the driveway the man only gave me one single burger, one fries, and one doctor pepper. They then had the audacity to tell me to wait at the parking lot to wait for my order to be right . I had no patience and had to ask them for my food . As soon as I got to the window they told me where’s my receipt when I told them they had my order wrong. Once again I had to wait at the parking lot. After that, Broo this is so funny to type but after that one of them came outside and gave my food. I checked the bag to see two burgers and one pack of fries. Then after that guy left other guy came to give me a second bag??. Filled with 4 burgers and 2 packs of fries ??? No offense but yall really got bad service likeee.

Just so you know at this location, if you do not tell them you have a coupon/frosty key at the ordering speaker they will give you HELL for it!! They will scold you MULTIPLE TIMES….and it is not a pleasant experience for the customer…..be forewarned all….even if you tell them at the pickup window it will not go over well.

Took 30 min to get a simple combo. Came thru the drive thru then they had me wait in my car then finally I just walked in. The lady inside was super rude and talking over the guy in front of me. Noticed I’m missing my fries and didn’t even bother going back in. I see why this place has 3 stars.

Went to the drive throw had to keep repeating my order. Got the the window I ordered the tangerine lemonade no ice. When she went to give me my order the cup was 1/2 full. I asked why she didn’t at least fill the cup up she said with the lemonade with no ice you have to go by the line thats on the cup that’s the policy and she wouldn’t fill the cup up. This let me know that they fill all the cups up with ice and only give you a couple swallows of drink you may order. I asked for a chicken sandwich. I found pieces of bacon crumbs inside my wrapper. I don’t eat pork for religious purposes. By the time I got back there the restaurant was closed. The fries were cold even after we sat and waited for our order. They are the worst. Now I see the reason they shut it down before.

Deeply nasty and horrible. The people working r nice enough but they took forever and my chicken tasted like soap. I did vomit after one bite. Its kinda wild this place reopened in the first place and even more wild it has an average rating of over 3 stars, this place is 0.5 stars on their best day and even then your risking food poisoning.
