I ordered thru door dash last night. I ordered the cheesy bacon burger or something like that. I took a few bites of the burger & I happened to look down & both patties of the burger were still pink. Raw. Undercooked. Whoever is the cook should be ashamed. I’m currently 3 months pregnant & now I’m fighting off food poisoning from the food I ate. You’re always supposed to check your product before selling it. I’m a manager of a fast food chain. & I can promise you, no matter how many times you apologize I will not be back. That’s how you lose business. I never leave complaints but I had too with this one. I can’t eat anything or drink anything as it comes right back up along with that burger.

Placed a mobile order, waited about 10 minutes in the drive-through, took the order home and it’s missing a 4 piece nuggets. Call for a partial refund and told I have to come back to the store. There are zero help links anywhere to assist. Food was fine otherwise but they’re not going out of their way to make things right if a mistake is made.

Pulled up to the window and the lady automatically had an attitude with me, which it seemed to be a manager so that’s kinda crazy??? The name on the receipt was Christina but not sure if that’s who it was it was an older looking lady. Moral of the story don’t hire managers or employees who don’t know how to speak respectfully to their customers unless you want your reviews down 🙂

Let me tell you, that redhead Wendy really knows how to make a good hamburger! Juicy, fresh, and cook just right! It hits the spot! The fries were hot the frosty was cold, and I left the building with a full belly and a smile. That redhead Wendy sure knows her way around a grill!

The guy that works in the payment window is horribly miserable! I came to Wendy’s to pick up dinner today and he doesn’t say hi, doesn’t smile, just slightly opens the window enough to reach out his hand and grab your card. This is very off-putting, someone in Management should really talk to him.

Have only gone through drive-thru, so I can’t say how it is inside. But the night crew doesn’t seem to take their job seriously. On multiple occasions I’ve pulled up to the window and the cashier is joking around way to much with the other workers. Sometimes they barely even speak to me, because they’re too busy laughing or joking around. Makes me kind of nervous too. Especially because they’re handling your food. Ever seen “Waiting”?. Just saying. Kind of gets in your head and it’s hard to shake.
