Our server, Vienna, was lovely! She was very helpful with the menu and checked on us regularly to see if we need anything.
Double smashed burger was exactly how you’d expect a great smashed burger would be. The brioche bun was very buttery and paired great with the thin patty.
Hit guac bottom is massive! I think it’s new to the menu and it tasted great! If you are looking for something more interesting, give this a go. It does have a bit of kick to it though so maybe think twice if you couldn’t take spicy.
We sat outside and it was nice and toasty with the ceiling heater.

I was so impressed with the customer service aspect of this place that it even went above the food experience. They checked on me three times while there. I can’t remember the last time I walked into a burger place that gave this type of service. If anything just getting a smile or a welcome was a miracle at other places. Kuddos on Management for doing an outstanding job with whom they hire n train .

Fresh cream topping and fresh bananas . It made me smile that it wasn’t a generic pie. It was done with thought of freshness in mind.

Absolutely delicious!! I got the classic diner burger (with a double patty because I was hungry) so good, the beef is cooked (and seasoned) to perfection! The wings are good too, perfectly saucy. The Parmesan zucchini fries are perfect as well.

Have to give a huge shout out to our waitress Megan! We have eaten at thousands of restaurants in our lifetime and we can honestly say that she is hands down one of the best we have ever had. From the moment we arrived she was so interactive with us that we felt we had known her for years! She was engaging, quick to provide us with whatever we needed/requested/drink refills, and even offered up our son a free “birthday” milkshake. We live over 40 mins away and would make the drive back in a heartbeat if we knew she was working. My buddy was in town from
Vegas and he said he would make the drive, as well, if he knew she was working. Bottom line, she was fantastic! We made sure to inform the manager, Alex, of what a wonderful employee he had working there. We even stayed after everyone had left, just to keep conversing with her for another 30 mins.

I came to have a good burger and that’s what I got. It was very delicious. I knew the service wouldn’t be great because of my appearance and race but oh well. Very nice and upscale dining room. Next time I’ll order Togo.

Still love this space. Great outdoor seating with a great amount of burger options and local craft beer. The portion size for the fries is small for the price but the quality of the burger is amazing. Cooked to your preference – the Samburger is my go to. Used the reservation option but was seated 40 minutes before my reserved time. The whole staff team are super friendly and helpful.
Loved it! This place does well creating new burgers and having a new burger of the week. They always have summer kids special with is best to keep the summer treats with variety. Thankful that they upgrade the dining room.

So the reason for the low review is the lack of diversity. Our server was very nice but she looked like every other server young, tall, blonde hair, and blue eyes. Being a wmn of color and there with my husband who is also melanated it was off putting to see cookie cutter stereotypical women not of color. There needs to be diversity in the staff and as a well to do person of color unless I see people like me doing more than dining there I can’t patron the business on a constant basis.
So I probably won’t go back even though I enjoyed the food. It just left a bad taste in my mouth not seeing the much needed diversity in a restaurant in 2024 at that. I definitely won’t recommend to friends as they are more vocal and would of called a manager over to point out the fact everyone was white, young, and blonde.

My wife and I were walking around Biltmore Fashion Park and decided to stop at Zinburger. A hip gourmet burger chain serving delicious burgers & shakes, salads, and bowls. They also serve beer wine and craft cocktails with a happy hour from 3-6 M-F with deals on appetizers and drinks. We both had the classic diner burger $10.50, which you can add fries or a salad for $2.50. Their cheeseburger was jucy and delicious. I added a side of very tasty onion rings served with barbecue sauce, which was a little weird, but we asked for ranch, so it was all good. We enjoyed our dining experience our server Julia was very friendly and helpful. They have several locations give them a try.

Highly recommend the green chili fries as a side for the table though, they’re splendid and well worth the price, they honestly outshined the burgers.
We had to wait quite a while to get our check, eventually opting to just flag someone down. We weren’t really checked on, outside of a minute after we got our food.
I’d come back for those fries alone, but I do feel just a touch let down by everything else. The smash burger especially, which I honestly thought I’d adore.
