I’ve never seen a place run so smoothly! The team, from the people managers to the front counter and drive-through staff, works brilliantly together to ensure customers get in and out efficiently. I want to give a shout-out to Mr. Donald, who I think is either the restaurant or floor manager—I’m not exactly sure, but he really helps keep everything running like clockwork. The quality of food served is consistently hot and fresh, and you can’t beat the value and service. Plus, the place is always so clean! It’s simply fantastic. Hats off to the East Stroudsburg team for always welcoming customers with big smiles—it’s a rarity these days! Great job to Donald and everyone who supports this Wendy’s, open 24/7.Nauman from illinois!!!

I went to this wendys today service was fine. I got my order through the drive thru. I got home to enjoy my meal to find there was PAPER FROM THE ASIAGO CHEESE In my sandwich. Very disappointed… do not visit this restaurant. Not professional!

Worst wendy’s in the area. Waited about 25 minutes for a biggie bag. My fiancée did the survey for their cookie thing (free cookies are always nice) and the GM Donald was extremely rude and unprofessional. while waiting he was cursing up a storm. Yelling at customers and being completely incompetent. When asked about the free cookies deal he decided to wave his hands in our face and yell very rudely at us to wait because he’s too busy (while we understood he was just sitting there talking so we didn’t think it’d be a bother to ask.) I then asked for a corporate number he then yelled at me, and had me the stores number instead of corporate. All in all don’t go here. Very unclean, rude employees, and food that sits out and stale bread. Go to the one on milford road or in stroudsburg.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The GM Donald is a disgusting human. My fiance wanted the corporate number to complain and he gave her the store number. He waved his hand in front of my brother and told us to give him a damn second and he wasn’t worried about a cookie.

Was given the wrong order – nothing even close to what I ordered. While waiting, also saw multiple other people have their orders given wrong. Bathroom sink clogged with a strange liquid.

Honestly, customer service was nice. I ordered a spicy chicken meal. I was so hungry. Unfortunately, as soon as I touch the bread and bit into it I immediately realized I had old bread . I was going to a retreat and unable to return it. Quality is always more important people. Quality….

The food was what I expected from Wendy’s. The folks working there were very nice. The dining area is reasonably new but could use some cleaning. The windows on the doors really needed to be cleaned. I’d go back (we were passing by on the way home from NJ) if we were passing by at meal time.

It’s honestly one of the best Wendy’s in the area. I’ve noticed a lot of the other ones I’ve been to food isn’t as good and the service is subpar. I recommend their new caramel cold foam. It’s absolutely awesome. It’s like a Starbucks drink for half the price.
