Made the trip from Virginia just to try Culver’s—totally worth it! The fried cod was insanely good: nearly 2 inches thick, super juicy, and easily the best I’ve had (sorry LJS, no contest). Burgers, fries, and ice cream were solid too. Clean restaurant, great service, fair prices. I’ll be back just for that fish!

Went to the Springdale location. Was really busy but they work to all the orders complete in a timely manner. Had the fried cod with extra shrimp on the side. Really great food and descent portions. Onion rings and coleslaw was really good as well. Culver’s really knocked it out of the park. Thanks!!!!

Did curdside pickup, arrived at 5:14, pickup at 5:18. Went in at 5:30 and asked about it. No details about what happened, except that our ice cream was ready. They pulled the ice cream out and I watched it melt for 15 minutes, and didn’t get food until 5:45. Concrete mixer was melted and only partially full. Fries were somehow cold too. Completely ridiculous, will not be coming back to this location

I ordered on the app. When I got there my food was not ready. Which fine, don’t mind waiting. Order was marked done at 4:29p. I did not get my food until 4:40p.
When my food is brought out, the girl just asks me name and hands me my food. My two cement mixers are missing, but I figured she may needed to just go and get them.
Waited five minutes, then went through the drive through and was told “we are waiting on the vanilla custard, your mixers have not been made yet.” Okay, a bit annoyed but it happens. I mean the girl who brought me my food could have said that.
They were not busy at any point while I was there.
Wait another 10 minutes. By now it has almost 20 minutes and my food got cold.
I have fractured knee which irritated me more when I had to go inside and get my food and cement mixers remade. The whole point of app ordering and stuff was so I did not have to walk inside to get my food.
It was remade while at least three people just stood around and looked at me. While I appreciate the manager remaking my order, I got home and one of the cement mixers was wrong. So at the end of the day I had a bad knee, subpar food and an incorrect cement mixer. I won’t be back for a while.

Love the price and love that I can get burgers for my kiddos. It’s hard to find a decent only mean decent burger for a kiddo. Now about the fact there is no chicken sandwich for kids it’s funny. When we go to the chick final my kids always verbally request a chicken burgers…. No cheese ♂️

I am still struggling to understand why I was refused a Spicy Chicken Club Sandwich from this location just now. First, I ordered it from the drive thru, and it was not inside the bag when my food was brought out. I went inside the restaurant to inquire about where my Spicy Chicken Club Sandwich was and was eventually given a normal Spicy Chicken Sandwich instead? It was fresh but where is my bacon and cheese?? How many times do I have to order a Spicy Chicken Club Sandwich before I receive a Spicy Chicken Club Sandwich??

Waited in the drive thru for no joke, 20+ minutes. I had to go in and ask for our food. They started bagging it right when I asked about it. I was pretty annoyed because my son needed to be at work and we couldn’t wait any longer. They’re supposed to be fast food, it was 2pm on a sunday so they were busy but not 20+ mins for food busy.

We were in from out of town and stopped for a geocache in the large nearby parking lot. We were picking up trash while we walked to the various sections of the geocache, and came across a Culver’s team member who was out cleaning the parking areas for this establishment. She let us drop our trash in and was super friendly. Thanks for the help and thanks for going out of your way to keep this area clean. God bless you and your team.

Something about Culver’s that keeps me coming back for more! Is it the crispy and fresh crinkle cut fries?! Or the insanely delicious cheese curds? Or how about the famous butter burger. . Their custard is the best, I always swap my drink in my meal for a concrete mixer. The butterburgers are tasty as well as most of the other food items I have ordered from since their opening. I have had a few occasions where there was minor order mistakes but the staff was great about replacing the item.
