Our order was wrong. Ordered bacon double cheeseburger plain. Came with onions, didn’t want that. It also came without bacon. When we took it back up to the counter, my boyfriend was told he had to wait. They needed to serve others first! Asked for ketchup packs, they were stuck together from syrup. The girl at the register couldn’t hear or understand her very well. Soda machine on the left side not working right. The rock outside the door is cute.

I ordered a vanilla frosty-chino with 4 sugars melted with just a little bit of hot water. I feel like there was no attempt added to melt the sugar. I can’t say I’m disappointed as a customer since my husband was telling me to stop being so picky but I’m also a manager at another Wendy’s, the one in Hamburg to be exact. We strive on customer service and I believe they could have done better. Overall though it was alright to go through the drive thru (that includes the hint of attitude at the speaker from the person taking my order stating “I mean I don’t know how thats gonna taste but alright.”)

Tabby is the absolute WORST manager. Always yelling at her staff. Attitude to customers. You’ll know who she is she’s heavy set with blue hair in a messy bun with all kind of piercings on her face. She uses profanity in front of guests and does drugs either in her car or out back during her shifts. Smells like weed constantly. The store is filthy. And orders are always wrong. Bad management all around. Bree, Tim, Megan are all good managers but Tabby needs to find a better job not dealing with people or management. I can go on and on cuz I have friends who work there and been inside there manyyyy times. Go to another Wendy’s. This one will work your nerves and waste your money. Chilli made me puke everywhere also. Food is over priced and not even good.

Best Wendy’s I have been to ever! Even almost a year later after opening there still clean still looks new and the employees are still working to get food out to you in a timely manner and fashion. Plus the food isn’t just thrown together like elsewhere
