be careful when ordering doordash. this is the 2nd time this has happened. They put the venti in a bag and it’s not balanced so it spills in the dashers car and all over my kitchen floor. This is the 2nd time!!

This location never makes my drink right. I always order the brown sugar shaken espresso and every time I have ordered from here it comes out bitter and burnt tasting. I ordered a venti and it comes out only 3/4 full and tastes awful. I do not have this experience with other locations in WF. I suspect they are using regular espresso instead of blonde espresso that the recipe calls for which is why it ends up tasting bitter and burnt. If your store is out of blonde espresso please let the customer know so they aren’t disappointed when they get their drink.

Have been coming here quite a lot lately, and is by far the slowest Starbucks we have been to – takes a good 7-10 minutes to go throughthe line, and peoples orders are never seemingly that large. Most of the workers are usually blunt and rude and customer service could use some improvement and human emotion. The drinks taste fine, they definitely skimp though, the ice is sitting above my coffee in this drink I just got.

This Starbucks time and time again just can’t get it together. Last week I preordered for pick up, sent my brother and he came back with technically my order but the drink was made incorrectly. I threw it out as it tasted awful. This week went grouch drive thru ordered my daughter a “pink drink” which was done well and then myself a hand and cheese croissant (which they are usually consistently always out of) but I was delighted to hear they had some today! Got it, drove halfway home pulled it out to eat it and it looked like they toasted it 5 times as it was burnt! Photo attached. Come on guys…just do better. We love spending money at Starbucks and the staff is usually great but seriously too many strikes too often at this location.

Come here often they usually have extremely friendly people at the window. As of lately that hasn’t been the case and I got charged for cream cheese when I ordered a bagel. When I asked for it the server at the window originally said she had to check to see if they had it. Then proceeded to charge me for an item that should be included. Disappointed in service today.

I agree with others that this is one of the worst Starbucks. There is a deadpan cashier that could pass as a robot. They lost my in-store latte order. Between 6 people working, they can’t even manage a simple latte order. They seem to be more into tooling around than getting the job done.
