The fries or breakfast potatoes are always stale and mostly cold. I ordered a chicken wrap. It was ripped and not very well wrapped. Very difficult to eat when it’s falling apart and everything is falling out. They charged me over $5 for a sandwich that they never even put in my bag. The employees attention to detail seem to be extremely subpar. I will choose to dine elsewhere from now on. Definitely not worth the money.

I came in for a 4-4 no one in restaurant and was told by male management they could not take my simple order because they just took a 60$ order and could not handle it . I asked them to take my order I’ll wait he refused. He didn’t want to put my order in until the order prior was completed . No sense at all while I mentioned I was going to used the restroom and was charging my tesla . His attitude and rudeness not to mention skin issue peeing off his face was a quick yea forget it – I’ll never come back here while I charge . Awful!!!! First time i used app. When i arrived 8 mins later, one customer in the drive-through, and i waited longer for my order than if I had walked in there and cooked the darned hamburger for myself… To add insult to the injury, they left out the dressing. (?????) Too bad. This branch used to be good.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. They charged me for a brioche bun sandwich knowing they didn’t have any. Then they told me that they could give me a regular sandwich for the same price. News flash… The regular sandwich costs less and had no bacon, no cheese or anything that the sandwich I paid for included. The soda machine only had diet soda, this was a disaster. On another note.

Staff move slower than sloths. You stand at the register a good 5 minutes before cashier takes your order, but greets you with “I’ll be with you in a minute” then stands next to a coworker while they both watch the fries fry. Someone got upset that their Lemonade was basically a cup of ice. Place wasn’t very clean.

My family and I have been going there for years and the service and quality has went down hill. The most recent time we were there the manager at the drive thru window was very rude and most unpleasant. We ordered double stack burgers…..pub fries and chicken nuggets for the family and I asked very nicely which I have done many times before with success at most Wendy’s that if they can give me plain liquid cheese in place of the liquid pub cheese since I have an allergy to it and to my surprise was denied by the manager saying it will mess his inventory up but as a professional business man I know that a negative item taken off an item and a positive item added creates an equal in terms of money, maybe a little inventory adjustment but it’s for a good cause also known as the customer who are the one’s that keep a place going through our purchases. I have added some pictures of the food right out the bag and it was as disappointing as the managers service. The burgers were hardened like old meat down a half hour before, the pub fries had a sliver of bacon and a sprinkle of cheese and the nuggets were over cooked as well, not very good quality since there was not anyone else in line at the time. So hopefully they will get better at this fast food restaurant because it’s in a good location. It just needs some finesse in customer service and quality fast food cooking.

It’s Wendy’s so the food is objectively fine, but my lord go any where else don’t ever go to this branch. I’ve seen dead things move quicker. I’ve been dumb enough to go here multiple times so I tried mobile order. Never got an email that it was ready after waiting 30 minutes and it was sitting there. And they forgot something. It is what it is I’m trying to save someone from making the mistake of going here, drive 2 more miles to another location. 1 star is a compliment

I have not been to this Wendy’s in some time. Since my last visit the dining room has been upgraded with several different seating options such as tables, high top tables and round tables. The service was quick and courteous. My double big bacon classic was fresh, well prepared, fries were hot and all was delicious. Worth another visit.
