HORRIBLE AND RIDICULOUS experience. Lunchtime rush hour and bathroom doors are locked! Kids waiting patiently. I was told the bathrooms HAVE to be locked due to drug use by EMPLOYEES. Place was packed and no orders were coming out correctly. I did NOT order food because of the hectic environment we walked into. I asked for a manager and got a blank stare. Place needs closed until it gets NEW management and employees.

There was no one at the front register, there were people hanging inside at the front employee entrance smoking a vape, could’ve been employees on or off the clock, who knows no one had Wendy’s shirts visible. The fries and nuggets were old so we ordered another 20 nugget and no salt fries to ensure freshness and ordered through the Mobile Wendy’s app. The second order was fresh and correct.

Place is a joke went there for 640 thinking they were open as they were. Sat at the drive through for 35 minutes and not a peep except cars driving by when we pulled out people were inside joking making a fool out of us and 2 guys were outside vaping this happened on 1/13/26 so if the owner sees this check some cameras and make some roster changes!

Employees are generally pleasant and personable, however in my time eating here and knowing employees as friends I can attest ti a few major problems.
1. Food poisoning isnt uncommon here
2. I have witnessed cockroaches in the lobby, and employees confirmed management never called ecolab. This was my last time going here.
3.management is often hostile to polite staff in front of customers, generally making the ordering process very awkward. Hard to stay hungry after watching a manager your mothers age rolls her eyes and bark “MOVE!” at a no more than 17 yo girl

They have a habit of messing up my order. Wendy’s is generally my preference on fast food burgers and fries
I try to always be clear when I say “no mayo” but, more often than not it’s on it. Today they got it right and the burger sucked! Did they change them recently? I couldn’t eat it.

Every time I order at drive thru, dine in, carry out or delivery theres never any chocolate frostys. They are always out and I dont know ahead of time to go elsewhere because the menus website or app never lets you know and still allows you to choose chocolate. It’s very disappointing that I get stuck with vanilla which I hate and it goes to waste. Chocolate and vanilla should always be available since they are classic and standard flavors and a staple of Wendy’s. At the very least I should know before ordering so I can choose to cancel and go somewhere else. It doesn’t end with frostys at this Wendy’s. Everytime I order, something is missing either nuggets, fries or hot sauce or chili or even a sandwhich. It seems they can never complete any order I place. They are always out of items or forget items and when you call to complain they are willing to fix it but you have to drive there to do so, instead of a credit or money back or a voucher or something. No they want you to drive back let the food you do have get cold waste time and gas for them to fix their mistake. Something needs done to fix these problems. I have never had so many issues with a place before. I’ve been understanding and sympathetic of low staff or being busy but this is at a point of no excuses.

I bought a big bacon and spicy nuggets. Used the app QR code for the nuggets discount (hyped) now when I finally ate my food later, I realized there was NO BACON. For all of that I would have bought a Dave’s single. So please check the inside of your order when ordering there. Not just that the correct wRappers are there. The food still tasted good but would have been better with all toppings I paid for.
