me and my mom and my best friend stopped by this wendy’s location before heading home to pick up food for us 3 & everyone at home, i did as i would any other day and held the door for the guy coming in behind me..he just happened to be the manager of the store, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with happy faces and smiles. the 2 ladies in the front were so sweet and absolutely hilarious. we definitely recommend this location!!

The workers are kind and respectful when ordering, but the last few visits we’ve gone we’ve been told to pull around and park until our food is ready. We’ve had to wait 10 minutes plus for our order which typically consist of kids chicken nuggets and a baked potato. I walked into the establishment and it seemed very well kept and well stocked. The tables were cleared away quickly after the guests left and the music was even nice. I was helped by a wonderful cashier, Mary, who was quick to get my order ready and even went above and beyond I feel with the small helpful things like wiping my specific table and giving me a water cup without me needing to ask when she saw I didn’t get a drink with my order. The bathroom were fairly maintained too. Overall, a positive experience here at this Wendys.

This location is unfortunately terrible. The dining area is always dirty. The service is bad in that you’ll be left standing there without ordering as the employees continue to walk by. The drive through takes a very long time as well, but is probably better than going inside. I gave this place another try and left after standing at the counter for 10 minutes and only having an employee occasionally look at me from the drive through side. I won’t try again.

So we were shopping on the pike and had decided to grab some Wendy’s while running out errands, so first of all they didn’t give us any of our requested sauces, we didn’t get a spoon for our frosty and my sandwich was drowning in ketchup, normally we enjoy Wendy’s but this would be the last time we go to this Wendy’s.

ive come here for years and the servics isnt always pleasant saying that these 4-5 months it looks like they hired a new manager and she always makes sure everything is right and shes always smiling, no matter what time im there, however i noticed within the last month or 2 she hasnt looked the best and been out sick, service has tanked again this week im hoping they finally let the poor girl go get help however i will not be back until she returns
