This review is for delivery orders only (Uber). I enjoy the quality and service when I am in store. I have had several meals delivered at home and too many issues with final product. Wrong orders, missing items and charged, poor preparation. This sandwich (chicken bbq…first time i ordered) came with about an ounce of meat The bread is overpowering the contents. Not sure if i was able to capture that on the photos. The bread is about 3.5 inches. I have had other sandwiches and they are appropriately packed typically with ingredients falling out. This does not happen in the restaurant. Maybe because the customers are right there to let them know where it could be fixed. There is no recourse with delivery. Would not recommend ordering in.

I order asiago everything bagel. I order them all the time. This one has no cheese really. It looks terrible. I said something to the worker. She just stared a me and said nothing. Panera has gone down hill. At least offer to make it right

Ordered a pick up order for 820. Got home & they forgot BOTH sides of our bread for both meals and my sandwich and mac n cheese had a long blonde hair in it. So gross.

5/5 – Had lunch here today and it was great! Food was hot and timely. Staff was really friendly, I had Lynn at the register – she was great! And the restaurant itself (including the men’s bathroom) was very clean! I will definitely be coming back here! By far one of the BEST Panera Bread’s I’ve visited. Nice job guys!

Do not order any smoothies from them. They do not put tamper seals on the beverages. I called the store and spoke with the manager who said they are no longer required to do so. How would I know if my drink was tampered w, but you put a seal on the bag. Make it make sense?

I stopped by this Panera for the first time and overall it was pretty good. The only thing was my cookie was kind of stale, which sucked a little. But Heily was honestly amazing. She was super sweet and helpful and just had really good energy. She definitely made the whole visit better.

My husband eats here for lunch and they are always out of avocado! Reading the reviews this is a consistent problem. Tonight we stopped for dinner. We were starving. They prices are not cheap but the food is horrible. My soup was so thick I couldn’t eat it. I could’ve broken a window with the bread. They offered to warm it, we accepted but that made the stale bread worse. Considering my husband’s sandwich comes with avocado and you are out you should offer some money off, no they didn’t. We won’t be back to this location.

A lady is living at this Panera and the entire staff is fully aware and allows it. She arrives at 6:30AM everyday and stays the entire day. Stop by at 7pm and she’ll still be there. At times she hauls a large bag into the restroom I assume to clean up.
Update: There are 2 people living here full time. This place is basically a homeless shelter with free drinks and Wi-Fi.

I been going to Panera for years and always got a slice of tomato added to my bagels for an extra charge . This morning I was told no by Faith . I told her I always get that done and asked if they had tomatoes in the back . She we do but we are not allowed to for a customer to get them on their bagels even at an extra charge. She stated this a Company policy needless to say your company has just lost a longtime customer

I put in an online order, drove 20 min to get there, waited 30 more minutes just find out they were holding my order because they were out of pesto sauce. Told them make it without pesto to then receive zero communication on my order, they were taking and serving orders before I got my food. Entire staff is clueless and I’d be embarrassed to have them employed under me.
