Unbelievably slow. Waited in line around 20 minutes. Several people dining inside complained that there was no burger in their sandwich even though they ordered a burger. Have to explain to the cashier how to send the payment to the card terminal so I could pay. Ordered two medium Frosty’s but received two smalls. When asked about it, they said those were medium, showed me the small cup…it was the same size. I didn’t argue, just left. Don’t expect much when dining here, you will be frustrated.

Horrible experience!! First they don’t take cards inside at the counter. Fries were recooked to heat them so they were brown and greasy. The burger was so dry (must have been cooked my hours ago), little to no condiments and the guy behind the counter looked like he just came in from cutting grass on a hot day. That and the doors coming in hadn’t been cleaned in months I’m sure.. made sure to open with my elbow … GROSS!

Food was good, even though my husband did not get the sandwich he ordered, but after the 45 minute wait to get the food, we sure weren’t going back. Staff was friendly, but be prepared to wait a long time.

Waited over 25 minutes in the drive- thru to not even get to order. The line primarily moved because cars were leaving. Got up to the window to order and no one said anything. After a few minutes I said hello. Worker said one minute then never took my order. Once the person behind me gave up and left I backed out and went to McDonald’s. Absolutely ridiculous.

We pulled up to the drive thru because we had coupons. Free fries, buy one burger get one free, free drink with.purchase. we used coupons for everything we got, except 2 sodas. The bill $48.00. We gave the coupons to the girl and brought the bill to 35.00. We were really discouraged from every going to Wendy’s again. We only ordered 2 meals and 2 sodas for the guests that didn’t want Wendy’s. The fries were burnt. The parking.lot is a mess. The sign is broken. We didn’t go inside to comment. However if it is anything like the outside, I wouldn’t recommend. Or bring large amounts of cash. Disappointed

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I just brought a bus of 15 kids, 2 coaches, and myself driving. They are taking and filling one order at a time. We have been here 25 mins and only 7 kids have been served. 8 kids the coaches and myself still waiting. I spent 20 years in fast food management and I would be embarrassed if I owned this store. Let alone worked here. At this rate it would be another 45 mins till I get served. No thank you. I walked out with no food or desire to expose myself to this incompetence any longer. I will recommend to other groups i transport to think twice before coming here. DO BETTER
