It’s a Wendy’s, same as all the others, consistent quality, but what makes this Wendy’s stand out is the manager that I typically see in the afternoons. One of the nicest, soft spoken, and friendly managers I have encountered. I don’t know his name, but he is top notch and I can only imagine his employees enjoy working for him.

What a great dining experience! The older gentleman, Don took our order and had such patience while I used the Wendy’s app. He was personable and started a small conversation with us. He even joked with my son about paying with his cell phone. You just don’t find genuine people like that working in food service. He even engaged other customers and made them feel welcome. If every Wendy’s had a person like Don, there would be no competition! Thank you and we have no made this restaurant our favorite.

I would like to start this off by saying I have worked fast food for years, so I understand how irritating it can be sometimes. However, one of the employees at this Wendy’s was the literal most rude person I have had to interact with in a long time. I pull through the drive thru to get a water on my way to work, not too often but occasionally. Today, when I went to the store before work, I ordered my usual large ice water. When I got to the window however, instead of simply getting my water, the manager (I believe it was a manager) literally had the worst attitude with me and said “You know at Sheetz they charge for the cup and the ice” to which I had no idea how to respond. I don’t set the prices at Wendy’s so I’m not sure why he was taking that up with me. He also said “expect these free waters to change in the future” which also quite literally is not my decision and has nothing to do with me. Also, I never said I had an issue with paying for the water. This person was literally acting like the money for this water was coming out of his personal check. The last thing that was uncalled for was the fact that even though I ordered a large ice water, this person gave me the smallest mini frosty cup they could find. Next time, I think I will just go to Sheetz and pay, at least the employees are nice.

I got $5 Biggie Bag. Nuggets were held too long before serving. Sandwich and fries were hot and fresh. My wife asked for no mayo on her burger, but they put it on anyway. When I had it replaced, saw the cook arguing with the counter girl that it was not his mistake, though special request was clearly marked on the order receipt. Restaurant was clean, but it was excessively warm in the dining room.
