Listen I get fast food is fast food. But when it’s just as pricy as everything else, I should have something good to say about it. Don’t get me wrong, their #10 chicken sandwich is good! However, the people that work the windows have zero concept of customer service. They do not speak to you, nor have manners. All you get is a yep and that’s it. Have a little bit of respect for the community that’s keeping you in business. On top of that, I’ll eat 11 French fries (pub fries) on the menu, and the rest will be tasteless. Like I said I get it’s fast food, and not wine and dine. But damn..not gonna waste my money there anymore. I’ll get out of my car and go to sheetz and get a mto better than this.

Wendy’s probably got the best burgers and breakfast for fast food. Used to do Mcdonalds for breakfast, but Wendy’s has come a long way and improved breakfast sandwiches. Orders are always correct. Recently, I did a mobile order to try it out. I ordered 2 double classics with bacon, one without ketchup and mayonnaise and the other was normal as on menu. I was impressed as both burgers were exactly as ordered.

I was taking my niece to work and we stopped for a bite to eat. As we pulled into the drive-thru it was not crowded and looked nice. I have been to other Wendy’s and they have trash on the ground. The associate that took our order was energetic and nice. We gave her a compliment for doing her job at great standards. She then froze up due to us complimenting her service. The food was fresh and amazing. I would recommend this Wendy’s if you are in the neighborhood!

The service was great and the lady at the register was super nice. The order was accurate and everything was fresh. But I tried the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it tasted like nothing. Just HOT. If you want to eat something hot without flavor, this is the sandwich for you. It’s pretty nasty hot so they did get that right. But taste forget about it.

I have never been to a Wendy’s that screws up my orders more consistently than this one. From neglecting to put dipping sauce in my bag, putting wrong condiments on my sandwich, to giving me the wrong food entirely. When is it going to improve?

We came here after being turned down by another Wendy’s, who closed 30mins before 11pm on a Friday night. The teller at the drive thru booth was very helpful to make the right order as this was our first time at Wendy’s. We loved the Caesar veg salad, crispy fries and a spicy chicken sandwich. One gripe was the menu board is at pitch dark place. One can guess how to order there at night!

I wonder if corporate realizes how much business they are loosing by not opening until 6:30am? I have been parked here since 5:41am and have counted 19 cars so far who tried to use the drive thru. Epic Fail people, especially in an economy where businesses are struggling.

Have been there several times. They always forget something and you don’t know til you get home..ask for extra sour cream and never get it. Ordered a Ceasar salad and no dressing or croutons. Ordered fries and no fries. This seems to be a big problem at this store. I ordered a taco salad and the tomatoes looked like they have been sitting for 2 days. Had to cut my oir up and replace them.

I was explicitly told by the cashier they charge for self-serve tap water. Not like 25 cents for a cup or something, a full $1.99 for a small tap water. Everything else was okay. A bit of confusion of what food belonged on my tray versus someone else’s. The hubris of charging so much for tap water is a bit too much to get over. Probably won’t be coming back.
