The employees here are rude and lazy. I felt that I was an inconvenience to these employees. 2 chairs for them to sit yet the place is filthy. Playing in Facebook and has a ear bud in connected to their phones and drive through headset on other. Also don’t say much of anything to the customer just mumble. They are just there for the paycheck not to help the business. Worst employees. Need to actually work to get paid where I work.

Well the drive through is apparently not working but no sign at screen stating that. I had to drive up to the window to find out. Proceed to go inside to order. No one near a grill or at the counter. Seemed like a healthy conversation with 2 to 3 people in the office room. Said hello twice and not one person came to take my order. Even went to the cooler to purchase a drink paid for it and returned to counter and still nothing. Very very poor service.

Where do I start. I get there and look up the hours to see they are closed every day. So I get ready to leave but see people inside. So I pull up to see and a lady takes my order. I asked for a meal on one of the new BBQ chicken sandwiches. I sit there for about 4 mins wondering if she walked away before asking what the sandwiches was again. A 8 chicken nugget and one bacon dbl. She bearly mumbles the price back. Get up the window to be told it will be 10 mins for it to cook. Takes my credit card and disappears with it. Gives it back. I wait. Get handed the food. No fries or drink. She tells me I didn’t ask for it. I ask for the receipt just to make sure. Get home. The sandwiches look rushed and tossed together. I have more sauce and condomints in the package then on the sandwich. I learned my lesson. Best part. I was the only person in the line the entire time. How do you mess up food when you have that much time to make it? With 0 pressure? Don’t waste your time here. They will get it wrong anyways.

Technically I rate it as a zero! If I could. The service is super slow! No one notices your there. I’ve been there multiple times sadly cause it’s closest to me and they were horrible all the time. Maybe once they did a decent job. But waiting forever. I asked for 4 fresh fries and what do I get? One! And they were cleaning right next to the fries that were Getting cooked, like that is disgusting! Clean it after when u guys are closing! There are 2-3 people working when I come in and honestly no one can do their job! It makes me wanna go back there and teach them how to cook and stuff! Like it’s fast food. Not a 30 min meal to make. Service is slow, they mess up, and they gave me the change back wrong when I asked for money back on 2 fries not my whole meal. Makes me wanna go there and show them how to work!
