During the day, the drive thru is reasonably quick, but at night, it’s a toss of a coin whether they will answer the drive thru or just ignore you. I just wish they’d turn the lights off if they’ve closed early. I never had a problem with the orders I’ve actually received.

Went to this location for the last time. The pickaniny at the window had a attitude like I’m interrupting him from his phone. He snatched my card out of my hand with a attitude and swipes it then proceeds back to texting on his phone. I’m still waiting to get my card back. I could plainly see he was on Facebook which seems to be more important than finishing my transaction. Every time I been there the staff is always on their phones while working. If I were to be on my phone while working I’d be out of a job. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and I definitely won’t be back. Management needs to hire people who want to work not text on their phones.

25 mins to move 2 car lengths in drive through and that was at the pay window and pick up windows. Plenty of people there most standing around doing nothing. Reopen Lower Burrell they got you in and out moved cars. These workers deserve $5 a hour not $15. You want $15 move cars.

Waited from 8:30 till 9:10 in then drive though with multiple other people just to be told they was closed. While sitting in drive thru you could see all the employees inside talking and laughing having a good ole time but none of them could let anyone know they was closing extremely early.

Worst Wendy’s in the country. Ordered a 10 PC nugget and the cook eat 2 so my son only got 8. Drink machine was broke so we had to wait for the drinks to be filled at the drive thru. Even the burger I ordered looked and tasted like it was put together on the floor with a broom. I live close but will never go there again. Complete garbage and could get better service and food at the landfill…..
