Not the first time we have been disappointed. We went through the drive through today and are not at all please yet again. The french fries were stone cold not even remotely warm! yuck! The chicken nuggets also cold and we order sauce and did not receive it. We had order a JR cheeseburger deluxe …what was in the bag was a burger with ketchup, onion and pickle only. What a shame this location has gone done hill. If you want your food hot and order right….we suggest another location.

Service was aweful. They served me a baked potatoe that was brown inside and cold.told the clerk she said theiy are all the same. Not true. We eat there 2 maybe 3 times a week. The manager left a lot to be desired. The clerk wasn’t any better. Finally after 22 min. They got me a decent potatoe. By then my sandwich was cold. Worst exp. Ever.

Out of all fast food this is my favorite place. Last visit was very disappointing – NO MORE FISH SANDWICHES – AND I LOVED THAT FISH SANDWICH. I was going crazy. I told them I was dreaming of that fish sandwich all day. Who made such a bad decision to get rid of them??? Who did this??? Who???

It was a busy Saturday afternoon with multiple cars around the building for the drive thru. We opted to go inside. As we walked in I noticed a bagel and egg sandwich sitting on a table as you walk it. I noticed it because it was out of place. I’d soon find out where it came from. We waited in line about three customers deep. The cashier was not having it about it being this busy. Audibly sighing. Throwing her arms over her head. And complaining out loud that her sandwich was going to be “ice cold”. I’m very sorry that you took a job where noon (lunchtime) is NOT the time to have your own lunch. My boyfriend and I got to the front of the line and once I had the opportunity to order I didn’t want to anymore. We decided to leave. Went to the Wendy’s in Hyde Park and had a delicious meal.

Went thru drive thru and they heard order wrong. Got a bbq cheeseburger without toppings. Not correct and lady sent order back and still was not correct. It was a good sandwich just would of been better with onion rings on it.

Love Wendy’s in general, but I have been going here for some years and the majority of the staff is unfriendly, very rarely say a simple please or thank you, are on their cell phones when they take your order and frequently screw it up, frequently heard complaining at the drive thru window, and seem to care very little about what they’re doing. The grilled chicken tastes like rubber most of the time. The New Kensington one a few miles away on Tarentum Bridge road is outstanding compared to this one. Basically, it comes down to poor management and/or ownership at this location.
