Ordered food and wanted a fresh order of fries and the young lady said they were out of fries at 5pm peak dinner time. Called when I got home and was told they actually have fries.Returned and same young lady was at register and I commented on how it was funny how they now have fries and her comment was they found a box in the freezer. This is Wendy’s!! How do you run out of fries.

I have never had such a sad salad that was one day away from going bad. The chili was anemic and the meat tasted old. The fries were cold and floppy. We asked for ghost pepper ranch sauce but got honey mustard. The drive thru was busy but we ordered through the app. At least the frosty was chocolate and frozen. Never coming back to this location. Pray we don’t get sick from this.

Went to drive-thru. Received wrong sauce for nuggets, and was handed two drinks instead of just the water I asked for. The one cup was water but the other cup had some weird orangeish-liquid in it and when I told the person at the drive-thru it wasn’t mine she insisted it was and that I had ordered it. Yet my receipt shows only a “medium drink” but doesn’t specify what the drink is. I threw the drink out and didn’t drink it because I don’t know what the heck was in there and I wasn’t going to taste it to find out. I probably got the drink of the person behind me in line.

Nuggets and fries were also cold by the time I arrived home.

On 12/19/25 at 3:31 I visited this location I ordered 3 menu items all with larger fry’s, one
Of the items was a baconator. When I got home all the fry’s were small and there was a jr cheeseburger. It’s sad that with only one other customer that the incompetence level is so high at this location.

basically this rude guy was like pushing the chairs in well me and my friend were waiting for me father and my dad was out the window telling us “ come here” making the signal and the guy thought it was for him and my dad corrected signaling no them and mrs rude was like ok go home then and was laughing like sorry the world doesn’t revolve around you like please and the lady at front was just giving attitude sorry i ask if u had sweet and sour sauce and there were talking about people in the store talking crap so yeah wtv but food was good.

This is the worst Wendy I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here more than 5 times and every single time, they’ve messed up the order and have a horrible attitude when you kindly ask to help you get what you asked. Don’t recommend it at all. Horrible employees at the window taking orders.

I visited Wendy’s this tonight around 7:50pm, waited at drive thru for 20 minutes. Finally got to order my food, then waited another 10mins behind two cars. Got to the window and the person at the cash register started talking with the person who put the bag with food on counter, I’m not sure what happened, maybe the person had the wrong order, the young lady at the register took her dirty hands, fingernails nasty and black, placed in the bag with food. This is why people get sick at these places the staff is unsanitary, no gloves, no hand sanitizer, no soap or water. Very nasty! I drove off from the window because I will NEVERRRRR eat from someone who is touching my food with nasty hands, and fingernails. Wendy’s get your crew cleaned up.

Slower then slow, acting manager really rude. Did was cold. Waited 15 for cold food. Asked for my money back before we got our food. She said I’d have to go back when gen manager was there to get my money back. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Do not recommend going to this location. Also bathrooms were really disgusting. Urine on the floor and broken sink.

One Star is Too Generous

I placed a mobile order at this Wendy’s for three meal deals totaling around $15–$20. When I arrived, I was told they were completely out of regular chicken nuggets—only spicy ones were available. My kids don’t eat spicy food, so I asked if they could cancel the order on their end so I could get a refund.

The girl at the window, who seemed to be a high school student doing her best, said she would get a manager. But the manager flat-out refused to come to the window. Let that sink in: the person in charge wouldn’t even face a paying customer to resolve an issue about food they couldn’t provide.

I then tried to cancel the order through the app—no luck. I called customer care through the app—again, no luck. I sat there at the window for at least 15 minutes, waiting for any kind of help, and was completely ignored.

This wasn’t just bad service. It was downright unprofessional and disrespectful. If a business can’t bother to communicate, take responsibility, or even acknowledge a customer who’s been charged for food they can’t provide, they don’t deserve your money.
