Ordered through the app when I arrived I had to pull up and wait. Get home half the order is missing turn around go back not an apology or anything. Then get home and these are the fries. Wont be back to this location. Isn’t the first time having this issue with the same store.

I haven’t been to the Mac in a year. Now I know why. There were only two cars in line at 1:00 in the afternoon. It turned out all the ‘drive-thru’ signs should have been ‘park-thru’ signs. After a five minute wait a young black man brought me my ‘meal’. He was the only bright spot in this visit. He was very polite and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with everything and sent me off with a ‘have a blessed day’. I should have checked the food first. The burger was chiseled out of a block of plastic. Usually the fries have a little residual warmth but not these fries. They were actually cold. The straw worked just fine and that was about all the good I could say about my ‘meal’. Is a business like this even legal?

The employees were great but the food was downright awful, waited 40 mins for COLD FOOD! UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR MANAGEMENT. the people in the windows were fantastic but the manager was downright awful, not even a morale booster. Shame on you mcdonalds we deserve a refund for the cold food we received. And another thing 3 hot and spicy one was fully dressed and fresh. The other 2 were old and dry like rubber. WHAT THE HELL????? DO BETTER.

I just went to get breakfast at 415 a.m. Why is my bagel cold, bacon cold, cheese NOT melted!! Biscuit is hard! My other bagel cold, cheese not melted, steak was warm! To top it off my frappe’ cup had a hole in it and it ran all over my lap, my cell phone. I told the lady at the drive through and she literally told me that the machine has been poking holes in the cups!!! I want my money refunded!!

This place is extremely slow and extremely dirty.
Took me about 20 minutes to get my kids meal and a double cheeseburger. When we finally got the food, the fries were burnt and very hard.
I had to ask for fries that weren’t hard as a rock. They were able to do this quickly, but as the worker took my fries, she asked if the fries were fresh, and another staff member responded “hell nah. Those might be from yesterday”.
It may have been a joke, but it honestly did seem like leftover fries that were refried to make them crunchy again.
The bathrooms were beyond filthy. The same splatter of feces was on the toilet from Tuesday when we were last here.
The fountain drink area was also beyond filthy. The entire counter was covered in dried up sticky coke drips.
I will not be coming back here.

Ordered McDelivery from this location got two big breakfast with hot cake meals order was delivered but no butter or syrup was in the bags like come on now how do you miss this!! Called the store spoke with a manger he said he hired new people well I have a few questions about the new people you hired 1st why wasn’t you supervising and 2 it should be common sense that if somebody ordered pancakes that they would want butter and syrup like that shouldn’t have to be taught and then they want 15 an hour lol like come on now I just don’t understand how you miss that either way he put me down for a full meal replacement but that doesn’t help me tonight! Got to do better!

So me and my wife decided to get McDonalds for dinner we order and got our order pretty quick all but one burger I tell the manager im guessing which she had a serious attitude her crew were all young couldn’t get orders right food coming off the line unwrapped to be bagged but saw them pick those out when I got my burger it wa very sloppy this is in diberville @7 pm o. The date of 12-18-2025 they need better employees amd management they really sucl.half the mornings they not open on time very very sad amd bad for the franchise

No wonder there’s so many 1 star reviews. You can have bad food and good service or good food and bad service but you cant have both. Everytime I’ve been here its taken 30 minutes to get my food. Even if theres no one behind me in the drive through they have me pull into a spot. Going inside is no better the workers are loud and cutting up in the back, and they forgot half me order. It’s like playing roulette when you go there, you never know what you’re going to get. I hope this place goes out of business

I hate to leave a nasty review, but the service was genuinely not well. The cashiers weren’t polite despite the fact that everyone was waiting for a good while. I know it’s McDonald’s, and they were busy. I have no trouble waiting either. It just doesn’t feel good to wait and then see the employees be unkind to others who have been waiting. Not to mention one lady left after standing at the register for so long. I’ve seen other McDonald’s being run a lot more efficiently with a lil more customer service but then again it is fast food. Still ticked me off havin to wait 30+ minutes for a lil breakfast sandwich so we’re gonna leave that 1 star right here, for now
