First of all people took forever to even acknowledge we were there which was a tad annoying, then this really pleasant women came from the back to take our order despite there being 2 other people behind the front counter when we arrived I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt they may have been training so over all service was great after that women came up front. The turn off for me was I used their restroom, and you can clearly see the employee must wash hands sign, but there was no soap, nor a soap dispenser, and I mentioned this to someone and the response was, oh ya they’re out, like it was just common acceptable knowledge. So how are the employees washing their hands? I had already eaten at this time and it was hard enough to get service let alone figure out who was in charge. I told someone behind the counter as I walked by I hope it got addressed needless to say I won’t be back to that location.

Food was tasty when I eventually got it except for the chicken nuggets that were over cooked. Seemed to take quite a while for them to move cars in the drive thru. Employees seemed to do more talking than working. But when I interacted with them they were kind.

Worst customer service ever!! This is my review for the drive thru. Zero customer service. The person/cashier who took my order was the rudest person I have encountered ever!! I spoke to the manager (Peter) about it and he apologized. I told Peter that employer definitely needs more training in taking orders and dealing with customers. Peter declined to give me his name which is fine. Also love wendy’s baked potatoes but this location somehow never have potatoes (it’s still a mystery to me how come they dont have them. This is my third time that they are out of Potatoes) I am going to contact corporate about this employee’s nasty behavior and also they having baked potatoes. If I could give zero starsI’ll. Avoid at any cost!!

The food was pretty basic. I think the one inside Loves is better. The inside was dirty, but it was towards closing time in the Lobby. My grandson did not get a toy with his happy meal, but they were short staffed so we did not ask them for anything after we ordered. I do feel bad for the staff shortages, hopefully they can hire, and get better with things.

Drive thru was horrible, waited 10 minutes, never was able to place my order. Had to go to McDonald’s across the street as nobody says anything through the intercom. If I could give this place no stars, I REALLY WOULD!!

When in with pregnant wife and they said they couldn’t make what wife wanted a guy named g help us and made the food for us when he was a register worker he when out of his way to make my wife happy when the cooks refused to cook her breakfast sandwich. Thank you g you deserve to run that place. If management see this please give him a promotion. G made my day thank you

Food overall is really good, but WOW. The Prices here for “fast food take-out” are almost comparable to dining in at a full service restaurant! Management frequently locks the doors to the dining room/ordering counter EARLY (staffing excuse 6-7pm)! Maybe the manager (you are staff) should work the ordering counter and tell people that the dining room is not available! If you aren’t driving, ordering is not an option.
