Will get your order wrong almost every time. Almost no one at this location can speak fluent English that much is clear. It doesn’t matter whether you go inside or the drive-through, they will 100% get your stuff wrong every time and do not give out receipts regularly because they know the quantity of times they mess up orders. Extreme buyer beware!!

I rarely go out to eat fast food. This is exactly why I have stopped getting fast food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I get one small piece of lettuce for a “premium combo”. I understand you get busy but please take pride enough to make a nice sandwich as if it was ur own.

We live 5 min away and usually grab breakfast here. They served us raw chicken .. we ordered a chicken biscuit. When we complained , the manager Emalee says ok , rolled her eyes , threw it out and proceeded to make another sandwich after I told her I cannot trust that so I want my money back. not even an I’m sorry. Didn’t want to give us a refund and said “ ok report me my name is emalee , no last name “ . The past five times we have had issues so we are done getting anything here. Nobody speaks English or understands how to take orders. They don’t listen. They are rude. The food is either raw or overcooked or mishandled. She wasn’t even wearing gloves , touched the computer screen , and then went to wrap sandwiches!! Now , they are not serving breakfast at all… I wonder why?! This location needs to be shut down, it’s a disgrace to the community. Please , don’t waste your money here! Save yourselves from getting sick, do not buy here they do not care how they handle your food. Im not done with them , Wendy’s , count your days.

Ordered on Wendy’s app for carry out, get to the door, door says they are open for carryout, but employee tells me they are not. Now they will not issue me a refund for food I was never given because they don’t feel like accepting carry orders even though the app says they can. Essentially they screwed me out of my money and my lunch break. The food i have gotten at other times is barely the Wendy’s quality I have come to love. Never going back.
Decided to give this place another chance and I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru just for 3 cars in front of me and then they handed me a cold burger with burnt-black bacon and wrong second item. This is a garbage wendy’s.

Customer service poor. No management, understaffed, and staff posing as manager. Tried ordering breakfast, waited outside at the drive thru to order at intercom for approx. 20 min, knocked on drive through window, and went inside to ask to speak to a manager. Female(s) were present would not give full names or info to make a complaint. I was told to find it online and they walked away. No name tags, appropriate uniform, and highly unprofessional. Claimed the store would open at 8am. I asked why wasn’t a sign put on the door since it is posted as being open at 7am or why didn’t anyone announce it on the drive-thru intercom. Employees were rude and did not attempt to rectify the situation. Very disappointing and I’m obviously dissatisfied. Also,made a complaint online. We will see if there’s any resolution. Time is money and my time is valuable. Hopefully, Wendy’s Mgmnt will address my complaint.

We ordered 3 meals with a side order and ended up receiving only 1 meal, a meal with no burger, and one meal missing. In addition we only reveived one iced tea which was not a drink we ordered. Thank you for your service, Wendy’s, Wednesday would be very proud to say our meal was pretty miserable!

Absolutely terrible. It’s 3:50pm on a Saturday and I’ve been sitting in drive thru for the past 15 minutes. Haven’t even gotten to the speaker yet to order. What the hell is going on in there ? They don’t even let customers inside so I can’t imagine what could be taking so long. These people are definitely overpaid already and fast food workers still complain about wanting more money.
