Couldn’t make an iced Frappe, guess that works just like the ice cream machine-always broke. Then gave us hash browns that were so dark and full of grease, they looked like they had been cooked and reheated in the grease 3 times over and then garnished with a splash of grease.

Wound count on not getting gypped at this location, and it was the manager that gave me my order. Way to go McDonald’s, on skimping me on my order, and handing me half empty large fries . Go to Hardee’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, anywhere but this place.

The last 2 times we came here we have had the same issues. My burger was missing pickles both times because I had the audacity to customize my burger, and the customer service was terrible. The staff was literally arguing with each other in front of us. The ice cream machine of course was down and the store wasn’t clean when we walked in and they weren’t even busy. Only one lady was pleasant and I appreciated her!

Based on a recent visit to the McDonald’s in Calvert, Alabama, I must say that it was an interesting experience. When we stopped by, the first thing that caught our attention was the minimal presence of staff members. It seemed like everything was automated, right down to the kiosk in the lobby. In fact, we only saw one employee who was more in the background, so there wasn’t much human interaction during our visit.
As for the food, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich while my wife opted for a Big Mac meal. Unfortunately, neither of our meals was served hot, indicating that they might have been sitting under a warmer for a while. While the kiosk did its job in terms of service, the lack of human touch was noticeable.
Overall, our experience at McDonald’s in Calvert, Alabama, was just okay. The food was average, and the lack of personal service was a downside. It wasn’t a great visit, but it wasn’t terrible either.

Well as usual we are going to go to McDonald’s when everything else is closed and it’s late at night and you have no other choice and this is one big reason why. They didn’t close until midnight on this particular night. I pulled up at around 10:45 and I went thru the drive-through you could clearly see that the employees are inside and they knew I was in the Drive-Thru because they looked right at me but they ignored me anyway. I pulled up to the drive through intercom trying to order my food and all the employees look directly at and knew I was there. So if you happen to be an owner or investor in McDonald’s in Mobile and you can take your pick because they all do the same thing to customers late at night Dolphin Street and I-65

My experiences at this place have been disappointing every time. The staff appears to be quite unhappy and disengaged with their work. One employee, in particular, stands out for her lack of enthusiasm and poor customer service skills.

This has to be the worst mcdonald’s.I’ve ever been to, the employee’s are not pleasant and is very sassy.They will argue with you even in their wrongdoing.This has to be the slowest coldest food serving during lunchtime.I have ever had to experience store.I feel as if the only reason they are surviving because no one else is in the area corporate really needs to come here and evaluate this store.Because the service is horrible.
