Please help me understand the management decisions at this store. I drove 15 minutes to get to this location that I frequent at least twice a week, however today they decided to only take digital orders. This would be the case when I didn’t have my phone. Asked the employee can you still take my order I don’t have my phone, his response was well I’m making the orders and cooking the chicken we’re short staffed, you’ll have to take that up with corporate. Whoever’s the decision maker for only taking mobile orders should be fired. No phone, no service is a dumb business decision. Even if my phone battery died or I didn’t own a phone I should be able to purchase a meal not be denied. Just my honest feedback.

I ordered a burrito bowl on doordash. As soon as opened it up I was slightly disappointed. The bowl portions weren’t as the should have been. Steak is an extra 2 dollars yet I only found like 7 pieces of steak. The only reason I still ate the bowl was because I hadn’t eaten all day.

The young man that served me knew the person ahead of me. I watched as he prepared her food with healthy portions as the joked with one another. The it was my turn and his attitude completely changed as if I was a nuisance. With half the portion size as the young lady ahead of me I asked for a little more and was charged extra for it. I paid it and left. I don’t think I’ll go back anytime soon.

I visited this location two days in a row. Each visit was unpleasant the manager was there she stated the young lady was still in training. However, where was the customer service you need training to smile and be polite. If you don’t want to work for this company then don’t. The manager was unpleasant as well I believe you lead by example and her team reflects her. On both day’s services was awful. My food was cold the second day. I had to come home and basically prepare it all over again. Ever since Covid-19 customer service has gone to TRASH. But have a nerve to have a tip jar seriously you want a tip for rudeness yeah not on my watch. Chipotle on Tate st. I am done I will take my business elsewhere.
