The store manager at this location is an amazing woman who has won multiple corporate award for being among the top managers the franchise has Nationwide!!! The staff is friendly and always prompt and attentive when customers need assistance. Have noted in the past few years since management change ORDER ACCURACY has improved vastly & everything is ALWAYS HOT & FRESH in my experience

There was a long hair embedded in my salad, which I only took a couple of bites of before noticing, but the manager argued with me and took several minutes of arguing with me and claimed it was my hair (which is a different color), before finally giving me my cash back and taking the salad. It is also filthy in there. They clearly need better management.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. As someone who worked in the food industry for 3 years I know that food can be hectic but that does not excuse the pure LACK these people have. Every single time I come here I am missing something or the people are rude and even when I ordered on the app for pick up and not even through the drive thru my order was completely wrong. Now it’s hard to expect a lot from fast food but i at least expect my order to be right.

Very friendly polite and professional make me feel welcome, got a free soda for waiting a little bit,.. restrooms seem pretty clean and sanitized, busy drive tru. Breakfast sandwiches were hot and fresh great taste, I’ll come back.

I went through drive thru, and they did not give me my sauce that I ordered and no straws with my order. I also got rushed and this is not the first time, they should make sure that every customer has everything. Many customers come from their jobs during their break and they expect to receive what they order.

I overheard a conversation a while back where the GM stated that she was losing sales because one of the credit card machines was down. But honestly they’re probably losing more sales because of one male employee always nasty as hell. Tall fellow, round glasses, always seems aggravated with you, and is extremely condescending. Food-wise this is one of the better Wendy’s I’ve been to, but this guy is what keeps me from coming here more often.
