I’ve noticed that the Wendy’s Cobb Salad at the Centereach location off Middle Country Road isn’t quite the same as what I’ve had at other Wendy’s spots. The place itself is mostly clean, and I appreciate that, but you do need a code just to use the bathroom—which is mainly for washing your hands, I guess.
That said, the inside feels a bit outdated, not gonna lie. And the Cobb Salad I got? Something about it just seemed off—didn’t quite match what I’m used to, especially compared to the one I get at the Bohemia Wendy’s. Not sure what’s different, but it just wasn’t the same. Everything I come by there’s something wrong or missing with my order. I live >1 mile away so turning around isn’t terrible but it’s extremely frustrating. There needs to be better management

Very friendly polite and professional make me feel welcome, got a free soda for waiting a little bit,.. restrooms seem pretty clean and sanitized, busy drive tru. Breakfast sandwiches were hot and fresh great taste, I’ll come back.

Breakfast on the go at Wendy’s in Centereach NY…. honey chicken biscuit… it was delicious and filling. I typically do errands early in the morning so this was great to grab and eat on the run..

Need to take people out of the drive through if they can’t handle it, lady who took my order was BEYOND rude didn’t let me get a word out or finish my sentence , made me redo my whole order with her awful attitude and still ended up getting it wrong. She was too busy screaming at her crew to do her job correctly.

I went here and ordered some food with a coke. The female working the drive thru handed me an obviously light brown soda that looked like sprite with a dash of coke. I questioned it and tried to hand it back and she proceeds to gaslight me and tell me all coke looks like that. Never coming back again.

So today I figured I would go through drive through to get food fast since I was trying not to be to late for work. There was just me and one car infront of me. I placed my order just the one meal. Simple right? One sandwich 1 drink and the fires. They made me move up behind the other car that was waiting. Like I had to rush out of the way. Thing is my whole time there was no other car coming to order. Okay whatever. Took awhile for my food. But now I’m late. Got to work and never got my drink cuase they rushed me to move up and never handed it to me. Onto of that my sandwich was dry and the bun slightly hard. When I called to make a slight complaint I had a women pick up who sounded slight annoyed and was a bit rude. I’m like I’m being inconvenienced and late to work and just shouldn’t have to leave work cuase they screwed up. So I don’t recommend this place at all. Foods always dried out. Service is always rush the customer and screw up order I’m so fed up with this location.

Was here the other day to order food on my lunch break. Waited over 20 minutes after ordering with around 5 other people while food was not being put out to the lobby, but was consistently being pushed out the drive through. There were atleast 4-5 crew members just standing there chatting while the manager was doing EVERYTHING. In the end the food was cold. This location is not worth your time.
