Literally everytime my girlfriend and I go to this specific Wendy’s they always mess up the order or forget items, the serivice is horrible and even worse if you don’t speak Spanish….i swear they treat non Spanish speakers worse in this establishment, I get reminded every trip there how horrible this particular Wendy’s restaurant is… not to mention 15 min wait just to place a order and the 30 min wait to get the order

I just wanna give Jennifer a shoutout, for attending such a busy moment by herself. I stopped by a few days ago, because I wanted to have lunch since I spent all morning at the DMV! The moment I got in the store saw it was pretty busy, with only one cashier at front, but definitely moving pretty fast! When it was my turn to order, Jennifer greeted me & apologized for the wait & continued to take my order, she was very friendly kind & kept it cool. I told her she was doing great! But also the managers need to make a note of that ! Definitely coming back, plus as busy as it was place was clean & food was fresh !

I thought the restaurant was inviting. Restroom was clean. Food was as expected. Cashier was pleasant and greeted me before I ordered. Cleanliness and atmosphere was better than most other similar places and was very quiet.

This place can’t get it right. Myself and my friend both have gotten completely wrong orders, him multiple times. It’s Wendy’s. You go there for easy, consistent, quick meals. If they can’t manage to put the right food in the bag, and you have to wait for another meal or drive back to get it corrected, that defeats the purpose.
