1st I would like to say the young lady who took our order was sweet, bubbly and very lovely…the rest of my experience wasn’t as good. First I ordered an oreo and brownie ice cream and it wasnt even blended, the chocolate lined the bottom half of the drink container and the top half was all vanilla. Second, I ordered two crispy chicken BLT with extra mayo, I get home to give everyone their food to find only mayo on both sandwiches, no tomato, lettuce or the key component of bacon, the whole BLT part was gone from both sandwiches. Then I go to call, 4xs and it just rang and rang. The fourth time someone hung up. $9 of sandwiches down the drain because they couldn’t make a BLT or answer the phone. Very disappointing

Absolutely garbage this is the second time I’ve come there after a 14 hour shift trying to get something quick to eat cause I’m starving and they gave me some bullshit…. First was the single was made completely terrible. I had to throw it away. Today, It was the chili and the crispy chicken sandwich. The chili wasn’t even filled all the way up. I asked for cheese. They gave me a dash it’s not even hot. I didn’t even get the sour cream I asked for on top of they also miraculously didn’t have Sprite. I highly recommend not going here if you want food that’s gonna be made properly, I suggest going to a different Wendy’s and don’t waste your time cause they’re just gonna piss you off like they did me! that is the last time I’m going up in there. 0/10

Ordered number 1 plain with cheese on November 26th 2023 so 2 days ago around 5:50 pm tasted something chewy in my mouth took it back to management they verified it was the wrapping paper from the cheese that was in my burger which I ate half of it.Manager was very nice but the workers insisted it was bacon until the one worker picked it up and said No! This is not food and showed it to the manager.Very disappointed I will not go back here.

2nd time in a row ordering 2 baconator combos and paying for 2 baconators and recieving 2 son of a baconators. Its like they dont know how to take an order. Not to mention the woman at the counter asking what i want and them walking away mid order. Then someone else came up to take my order(never put it in the computer, just memorized the order) and here we are with less food than i paid for. Consistently the worst service.

If you order 20 dollars worth of stuff but ask for packet of sauce they try and charge you 53 cents. Just bad business. Any other fast food place is not hung up on a packet of sauce.

This location is hit or miss; it’s either really good or it’s horrible. I was pulled to the line in the morning, waiting for potatoes. No big deal, I don’t mind waiting. However, I waited for 10 minutes. My sandwich was very cold, and the potatoes were just warm; they definitely didn’t come up When I have to wait that long, I expect hot and fresh food.
